“I had been to this location one other time and had a great experience so I drove out of my way today to come back again. I did not have an appointment today so I was nervous it was going to take a long time as a walk-in - nope! I was in and out in about 30-35 minutes. It would have been even faster but I had 2 separate tests to do. Dana is quick and efficient! I highly recommend this location and going to see Dana for any labs you may need!”

“I was in and out - very easy and friendly customer service. MORE importantly, I’m a bit skirmish about getting blood drawn, but when Mary drew my blood I literally felt NOTHING and it barely a mark left. I had to get blood drawn the next day at another lab from the other arm, and that was painful and I have bruising all around the entry point, and in my vein. If I have the choice, I will never go anywhere to get blood drawn, but to Mary at this Quest again. I’m going through a bit of a thing and have to get blood drawn again tomorrow and my doc tried to send me somewhere closer to his office but I said I chose this Quest instead.”

“I’ve been coming here for 5 years and every time I have a wonderful experience. Today I walked in, I was seen right away, and Susan greeted me with a cheerful smile. She successfully stuck my (notoriously difficult) vein on the first try. We chatted and laughed because I jinxed them and said I was surprised it wasn’t busy, then 4 people walked in. My visit took less than 5 minutes. In the past even when there was many people I have never had a long wait. All of the staff is proficient in both the computer admin responsibilities and also phlebotomist side of the job. They’re doing two jobs at once in a high paced customer facing environment. Thank you to all of the staff for providing a wonderful service. Also, if you’re coming for a blood draw remember to chug water or Gatorade an hour before the appointment so your veins are better.”

“I was nervous about my appointment because of the bad reviews but I'm definitely going to this Quest for my bloodwork from now on. I have a severe phobia of needles and blood, and I told the lady taking my blood, and she was understanding and got it over with very quickly, and checked to make sure I was okay afterwards. My doctor also sent the order to the wrong place, and she was very patient when I had to call them to fix it. I didn't catch either of the ladies' names that were in there but I'll definitely be coming back!”

The office wasn't really busy either so that was another plus.... So i had a good experience at the Pikesville location. I would return here if i need more lab work done....? This time the second lady came in to help us because my daughter was having a hard time allowing me to pick up her sleeve. I couldn't get over their patience and how nice they were.
