“We went mattress shopping this weekend at various stores. Out of all of them we were most impressed with Dan here. He was the most knowledgeable of all the sales people we worked with. We like the bed matching tool. But we liked working with Dan the best. His question were great at helping us determine was was right for us. He gave us many insights and history as well as bed information as well as details of price options, warrantee information. Would recommend this place and Dan than any other local bed sellers hands down.”

Customer service is wonderful. What they sold to me were good quality. Its been about 4 years I have been using the frame and the mattress. Good wishes to this store.”

“Bought a very firm mattress and 2 end tables. I needed taller end tables since new mattresses are very thick. The sales woman was excellent and helpful. The only concern I have is Gavigans does NOT take away the old mattress. You need to get a third party involved and pay them. Now the man who took away my old mattress was strong, did a great job and his cost was fair. BUT STILL!!”

She was very attentive each time we came back to finalize our choice. We have dealt with Gavins in the past when purchasing our England couch. We always buy the protection plan which worked out beautifully. We had to replace a cushion cover and it was delivered to us very promptly.”
