The salesman was excellent. He let us pick the mattress and box spring with no pressure. If, I need to purchase another item I will go to Matress Firm first.

Was supposed to deliver mattress set and haul away the old mattress which they didn’t then when I tried to reach out to them to have them come get the old mattress NOBODY could seem to help set it up. You have to wait for a manager which is stupid! Because he’s off! So if he was on vacation I’d have to wait for him to come back?! Last time ordering from there! Next time I’ll go with my better judgment

Damion was great… friendly, knowledgeable, patient and excellent customer service skills. He was witty and has the perfect personality for such an important position as helping us sleep better. He even stayed late/past his shift for me. Also, Aaron (store manager) was great. He knows how to make an executive decision.

The mattress man Aaron found me a perfect mattress. I have some back pain that pretty bad at night. I got a Beauty rest Black 4. I was at mattress warehouse and they told me that this didn't exist and insisted on me getting something with cooling to help my back. no thanks, I need a firm mattress. Would definitely suggest going to Mattress Firm to see Aaron.
