Rentals Unlimited here. Just want to give a shout out to Long Arms Towing for taking care of one of our rental customers that had rented a trailer. A tire blew out on 70 at the end of the day on 6/26/24, we did not have a service tech to send. Dar with Long Arms was able to help him out and from what it sounds like, go above and beyond. We appreciate you Dar and the crew from Long Arms Towing. Thanks so much!

I am forever thankful for Dar. My husband was stranded on 70 for 5 hours with a tire blowout on a trailer. We called no less than 15 companies to try and get him off the highway. Although Dar did not have a tire for the trailer, he showed up at the location to make sure my husband was SAFE during a severe thunderstorm. While there he called many of his contacts and found someone with a tire and a reasonable fee for assistance. In a world where customer service is lacking, this man SHOWED UP. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

This towing company is very unprofessional. DARR LLC is the legal name their business is registered under, so that’s the name that appeared when my insurance company connected me to them. My insurance company provided a link for me to track Long Arms Towing’s ETA. I was at work and unable to sit by my car, but I followed the tracking link diligently to ensure I left plenty of time to be at my car by the time the tow truck arrived. The employee called me at 11:40am to confirm the job, and to confirm that someone would be present at the car. I said “yes,” and asked for an approximate ETA. The employee stated it would be “about another hour to an hour and a half.” This was consistent with the tracking link I was following. I checked this link roughly every 10 minutes, and watched the time drop incrementally. When I checked the link at 12:12pm, it stated the driver would be another 35-65 minutes. When I checked 8 minutes later at 12:20pm, it stated the driver had arrived. Moments later, the driver called to let me know he was at my car. I explained that just a few minutes earlier, the link had said he was at least 35 minutes away (I was only a 10 minute drive up the road), and more, at 11:40am, he had told me he’d arrive in 60-90 minutes, but it had only been 40 minutes. If he had simply explained his previous jobs went more quickly than expected, he wasn’t sure why the tracking link didn’t properly update, and he unfortunately couldn’t wait for me to arrive, this would have been a non-issue. It wasn’t a big deal to call my insurance company and place a new call for towing assistance. My massive issue with this company is that instead of any acknowledgement that the company was not clear regarding their ETA, the employee immediately replied with a rude, impatient, condescending tone and denied having told me at 11:40am that he would be “another hour to an hour and a half.” He additionally did not acknowledge that the tracking link’s ETA was not properly updated. He ultimately raised his voice and cut off the conversation by dismissively stating that he was moving onto his next job and I could call my insurance company for alternate towing assistance. I want to stress that mistakes and miscommunications happen, and if he had simply been polite, acknowledged the misunderstanding, and explained that he wasn’t able to wait and I’d need to make a new request for roadside assistance, there would have been no problem. The unprofessionalism has nothing to do with him arriving only 40 minutes after I was given an ETA of 60-90 minutes. The unprofessionalism has everything to do with his immediate rude and dismissive response in which he flat out lied and denied that he gave me that ETA. I would not trust this company to behave in an honest, ethical manner.

My EV needed a tow on April 5th and I really appreciated Mr. Dar, the dispatcher understanding the assignment. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable of what was required for me to be a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this tow service to all those who appreciate business services that do not add to the aggravation of your vehicle needing a tow.

I had a great experience today. I was connected with them through USAA. My car wouldn’t start, and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I called the driver to explain, and he said he’d be there in 10 min (USAA said 90 min). He came and immediately figured out what was wrong, and did his best to remedy the problem on site. No need for a tow! I feel like he went above and beyond what was required, and would recommend to anyone.

Called and asked for a service they said an hour didnt show when called they just hung up also when i said i will write them the review they said you are more than welcome to do it looks like they really dont care about their business and customer service… i wouldnt write the review if i got the tow done but when they said this here you go i did it… good luck
