worked here for not even a week, left because of the conditions of the center and how i personally witnessed teachers treating children in the young toddler classroom. that was the first week of MARCH, it is now the end of May, the owner Dana still hasn’t paid me for my time worked. I’ve reached out several times regarding this and been ignored. I think it’s crazy to let teacher be physically aggressive with babies and then refuse to pay someone for their time worked. They were reported for the behavior I saw from Ms. Claire, as well as to the labor board and BBB. I wouldn’t recommend working here, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend taking your children here. See attached images where I’ve been asking for my pay since April with no response from the owner. Not only were conditions and treatment in the center unacceptable, the treatment of someone who you owe money to is also unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional.

We've been going there about 1 year and are very happy. Teachers are responsive to problems and good communicators. They use an app for check-in/check-out, and logging meals, diapers, naps, etc. They respect the hard work I spend pumping and providing breastmilk and send home any unused milk for us to decide how to use which I appreciate. When she went up to the next age classroom, I was chatting with the director the next morning at drop-off and she knew our daughter was having a rough day that morning adjusting but settled out by lunchtime and did great. I was impressed even the director knows which kids are having a rough day and keeps checking in. They clearly care about these kids and it doesn't have the feel of a big corporate center.

My child actually attended this daycare. It was good and very creative, up until she started having "behavioral issues." She was 3.5 years old and having "tantrums" which we were told was perfectly age-appropriate by our pediatrician and other professionals. The daycare had us jump through hoops to get her tested for "reasons why she would act like this" (everything was negative), and eventually told us they "couldn't handle her anymore and we had to find another daycare." The director/owner was very biased. Their "teachers" are not qualified to handle any child that strays from the norm or doesn't fit into a mold that they like. I don't think their teachers even hold degrees, as many are mostly students in training or attending school, but are very young and obviously don't have enough experience to know how to redirect a child who throws a three-minute tantrum. Ridiculous. Went somewhere else and are very happy with that place! I think it was the teacher in her class probably exacerbating her behavior and not doing anything to help her. They weren't willing to switch classrooms, either. If you have a child with special needs or strays from the "norm", don't send them here!!!
