I enjoy working with Arlene. She’s been doing my taxes for 9 years now. I appreciate how friendly she is and that she takes the time to educate me about my taxes. When I have any issues , she takes the time to go through my records and review them with me. I ask a lot of questions and she always makes sure to go into detail and explain thinfs to me that i don’t understand. I highly recommend working with her, she’s made a hige difference on my tax return. I thank her so much !

It’s been years since I filed with Liberty Tax. I never had an issue with them, then or going forward. I came back this year and I have to say, it was totally worth it. The team here in Ellicott city was very professional, orderly, and patient. With me being a returning client I felt very welcomed. I’ll definitely be back next year.
