Ellicott City kohl's is my favorite place to shop. The store is always clean and well organized, even restroom, lol. The associates are nice and always willing to help.

Exceptional, award-winning, unforgettable, positively vivid, one-of-a-kind, transformative experience @ local Kohl's -Ellicott City, MD store with Sephora dept. amazing, exceptional point of contact: Princess ? Iram who deserves to be promoted to at least V.P. or higher!!
Huge cheers & kudos!! Quite a stellar, top-notch, impressive, dynamic, cohesive team of unexpectedly memorable, excellent employees (staff) to contribute to what an absolutely rewarding overall experience!! Ms. Barbara McBride was & has truly been especially, remarkably impressive, inspiring & excellent example of real perseverance, determination, dedication in service & action even in the face of horribly challenging life circumstancesevents so should absolutely be officially recognized & honored for her rare, exceptional, remarkable, outstanding bravery in action!!
Thanks!! Well done example of best that all places & peeps across the board should aspire to be!!I I'm/I've always been treated with the utmost respect, professional courtesy & finest customer service-almost like family but even better, if that can be believed in these not ideal times!!

A very much elderly woman in her 70s I’d assume, who is a Sephora employee, proceeded to shout at me from across the store “OMG we have ANOTHER pregnant lady! How far along are you?!”
My response was: “I’m not….but THANKS SO MUCH FOR THAT TRULY”
I spoke to the store manager the next day and he apologized on her behalf, however I don’t feel that is enough. A makeup department employee made an assumption she had no right to make.
I will not be returning to shop in the Sephora here now due to such disrespectful, rude, and clearly out of touch elderly employees.

Kohl's at LongGate in Ellicott City MD is AMAZING! Consistently always a great shopping experience, employees are knowledgeable, patient, very helpful, efficient, even when the store is very crowded.
