Jody is an amazing agent. Knowledgeable, with great roots throughout Maryland, and is always incredibly responsive. She was very patient with us over the course of our search, talked us through every question we had, and was always so honest about her thoughts about houses we saw. We are so thankful to her for helping us find the perfect house, and the only downside to the house we found is that we won't get to see Jody each week going forward. Jody was a joy to work with! Back in December, she responded to my inquiry for a realtor immediately and we planned to meet in-person the next day. When we met up, we were able to tour the place I was most interested in, and were able to put in an offer that night! A few weeks later, I am now in my beautiful first home, thanks to Jody!She was on top of everything from the get-go and was excellent about preparing me for every step, which was especially appreciated as a first time home buyer. Jody was amazing to work with! She helped my fiance and I buy our first home. She catered to our needs and availability and was always super responsive. We can’t say enough about how amazing Jody was throughout the entire process. Buying our first home was stressful and demanding but Jody made it an enjoyable experience. She made herself available to us anytime a new house hit the market so we could quickly go check it out. We are now happy in our new home! Jody is the one! She is so thoughtful and mindful of every detail through the process. We are 2nd time home buyer (first time in Maryland) and we had many ideas where I know we are THE annoying customer, however, Jody handled it like a champ. She not only gave great suggestions, but put so much affords to solve problems and make sure we know any updates from our search. We found and got the perfect house we want even there were multiple offers and one was way more than what we could afford! I don't think it is out of luck, it's surely Jody's assistant and her work that made it happened. If I am to buy or sell, I will contact Jody again!
