Family friendly place. Went with my kids today and the gentleman allowed my oldest to pick out something from their rock collection. Jewelry was beautiful. Bought some nice earrings for work. Overall had a good experience and would come back for more jewelry.?

Beautiful jewelry and great customer service. Every time I go in, the salesperson is friendly and accommodating. I bought a lovely vintage ring for a reasonable price and a cute little ring for my daughter. They resized it and it was ready in less than a day!

I visit Hi Ho Silver whenever I am in town. There is always something beautiful to take home to my collection. Cammie is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was in the store last Thursday and looking for a specific colored stone to go with an old favorite pair of earrings. When we couldn't find a ready-made piece, Cammie and Will converted a single earring from the shop into a dreamy pendant for me within a few minutes. I cannot rave about this independent shop enough! Run! Give them your money! You won't be disappointed.

Hi Ho Silver is the best jewelry shop I have every been to! I was so happy with the wedding band the service providers helped me pick out to match the special engagement ring I have. I also had a bracelet I wanted to make into a necklace and the price and service has made me never want to go to another jeweler again.

I know this company has been around for ages and is a fixture in OEC. I recently went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned...it had been 8 years! Yikes.They have been through a lot of daily grime (having kids, cleaning the house, waitressing, and just time). Will was very friendly and he completed the professional cleaning within a few days. I am so delighted that my rings look new again. I would definitely recommend this jewelry shop and return in the future for ring cleaning maintenance but also to shop and browse!Support local, and feel that good old fashioned vibes of a wonderful customer experience and a job well done! I'm so glad I happened upon this shop while visiting town. It is a must visit. The selection is the perfect mix of locally handmade (what I was specifically looking for) and vintage. I was able to purchase a pair of earrings directly from the artist who made them and I will definitely cherish them even more for that reason alone. Everything in this shop is displayed beautifully and everything shines, making it obvious how much care is given to each piece. I highly recommend checking out this shop next time you're in town.
