Rudy the Co manager needs customer service training. HE IS EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE and rude.
There is anti freeze in there "fresh" backed donuts. WHY ARE poisoning your customers?? Harris Teeter is supposed to be a higher end grocer serving quality products.

This is now the second time at this location where a cashier has forgotten to put my meat in my bags, and every time I call customer service they are extremely unhelpful. I drive out of my way to this location because I prefer their produce , and yet they want people to drive all the way back there for a refund.
This company has lost my business. Customer service goes a long way.

Clean well stocked store. Prices are a little on the high end but you can find good weekly deals. Fuel perks are a plus as well.

Great groceries variety, good prices. I love the flowers and strawberries always so fresh.
The location is a 10 you have some stores around.
Have special parking and entrance. Very nice people working here.

Good deli food & friendly helpful staff. I suppose these prices are typical for the area. I've been living in rural Virginia for 7 years, and so I was shocked at the register. I'd guessed my bill would have been $35ish, but it came to more than $50. I'm going home now!

My fav place for groceries, just don’t get starbucks from there - I just got one, it is so bad - not even close to a starbucks latte - not worth for 5+ dollars

If you advertise fried chicken till 8 p.m., have it available. They constantly run out. Today at 3:45 we called. They are out. This happens at least 60% of time. Who is in charge here?

My favorite place for shopping! Good assortments with fish and oysters. Also good organic vegetables. I love this place.

Had everything I needed. Bathrooms were nice. It was spacious and they had nice self checkout kiosks. There’s a Starbucks inside which was busy when I went midday Saturday.
