They seem not care about customer’s time even they have sufficient staffs.

Since June 2023 Giant instituted super annoying security protocols in the self-checkout area. The automated voice constantly hectors you to "place item in the bagging area"! over and over again. Usually resulting in the self-check out attendant having to come over and "assist" you by swiping their card to get the machine to chill out and continue to ring up your purchases. I've been shopping regularly at this store for 20 years, but I can't take it anymore. You don't solve your theft problem by alienating your longtime, steady customers!I've switched to driving the extra few minutes to Safeway to avoid the annoyance.

Bring back the small carts!! I am a short woman and they were so helpful when I could use them. It's very hard to maneuver the large carts around. And getting rid of the small carts is such an obvious move to try to get people to buy more, even though your prices are skyrocketing.

Rude pharmacist and poor customer service. Maybe a trip to Wegmans pharmacy to see how it's done. Rx pickup this afternoon was a joke.

My husband and I are immunocompromised seniors and went to Dorsey Hall Pharmacy for our second boosters today. When I called the phone number for the pharmacy, it stated they take walk ins and appointments. There was not one customer there when we went earlier today and were told they only take appointments and it would be an hour wait. They refused to accommodate us, were rude, and we abruptly left. We went to the Giant Pharmacy at Centre Park Drive and were treated well and immediately completed the paperwork and got our boosters. Needless to say, we will never go to Dorsey Hall Giant Pharmacy again!!!

I love the staff at Giant. Miss Geri, Miss Jessica, Miss Majorie, Mr. Trey, Miss Taffi and more.! They are so kind to my family and make the experience comfortable every time I go. Great produce and if I need anything I can ask the manager of the section and they help. Helpful staff offer to help each time. Glad I can walk there if needed in inclement weather. My fave giant.

I felt profiled Today. Sad part it was a African American worker named Christian. My fiancée and I both AA were shopping and intended to pay for some of our items separately. Christian stopped us in the middle of ringing up to say it was something wrong with it register. Then had us waiting by his register.. We then asked to use another register he seemed reluctant to let us continue but he did and we started to re-ringing our items. Christian then ended transaction abruptly and said he will ring us up. He then threw items in cart and refused to finishing bagging. Placing a bag on top of our item’s. He then stated “You should ring up all your item next time”. Christian then stopped another AA woman at the first register but not the Caucasian’s who rang at the register. My fiancée works HR Legal Department for another grocery chain. We only shop at Giant sometime because it is 2 minutes from our home. But never again. I will not let this incident go unchecked.

One of the worst experiences ever. Long lines, inefficient process, incompetent workers. Not enough workers.I would not come back to this pharmacy for anything.

The grumpiest, saddest employees I've just about ever seen. They all act like they hate their jobs and hate assisting customers. Very unwelcoming attitudes. Im going to Whole Foods from now on. Sorry to have troubled you Giant!

Very appreciative of employees, and how carefully these sanitize, wear masks, and ask others to wear them. Senior hours are hard to get to, and if I have to go at other times, I know it's still as safe as anywhere else right now. Thank you!

Not the closest giant to where I live but this one may be a little more upscale. I was running some errands and needed blue cheese for some sliders I was making that night so I went to the Giant nearest me at that moment. This one is set up like most others. It seemed that the had a few different items but I'd have to check at the local one to be sure. The coolest thing I saw was that the not only had Count Chocula cereal (which is usually available) but also Frankenberry and Booberry (which I never see anymore). Giant is a great place to shop . . . . but I highly recommend getting the Giant Card to save some $$$!

Came for salad and was disappointed how nasty the selection looked. Definitely will bypass next time
