If you shop early in the morning, they NEVER have the self-checkout open on time so if you only need one or two items you’re screwed.

The self checkout attendant people needs to be fired. I’m a regular customer at this store
I Buy water almost every day and receives a bad attitude every time.
Today I went there and one of the attendant told me “you don’t need to tell me how to do my job” I was like “excuse me”
On top of that
They stay next to me assuring that I scanned all the stuff I had in the cart. I was disappointed because I don’t steal. MANNERS.

Whoever is working self checkout needs a serious attitude adjustment. It’s not my fault they changed the scales and now you have to do more work. Take it out on your employer, not the customer. Going through these comments, it seems like people are complaining about the same lady (came in around 2pm on 7/5/2024). You all should do something nice for your staff and have training. Like, immediately. Don’t leave a comment saying to call when y’all clearly aren’t taking action.

Great/clean store but I cannot recommend the pharmacy. The manager is always grumpy and you can stand there for 5+ minutes before being recognized, even if nobody is in front of you in line.

I am never setting foot in this store again. They make their customers feel like criminals. If you inadvertently make a mistake during the self-checkout process — like moving a bag a few inches on the counter — an employee will not only meticulously compare the items in your bag to the items on the screen, but will replay a video to make sure you have not slipped anything extra into your shopping bag. At the age of 73, I don’t need this sort of treatment from any store.

Denise is the worst worker to have at the self checkout. She always has an attitude for both young and older folks, and she just stares at you while the machine is going off needing an employee code. Anyone else at the front is fine but ever since the machines changed she always seems peeved that it gets set off.

Was shopping today with my daughter and looking for eggs. An employee named Ronald was stocking and overheard me trying to make a decision. Ronald informed me of the eggs on sale, I was very grateful. He didn’t stop there he walked back with a sales ad that had a coupon for the eggs. Thanks for an awesome experience Ronald! That kindness made my day. Also want to note the deli and pharmacy are wonderful here.

I always enjoy doing my grocery shopping but today the self checkout employee had a bad attitude and made my check out experience not a good one.‘I’ve never had any issues until today. She took a long time to come help and when I asked for her help she cut me off by saying I need to wait. I understand the waiting part, but her attitude was the worst. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this store anytime soon.

Self checkout machine that doesn't even work properly which forces you to interact with their low IQ employees that takes an eternity to count 4 items. Do avoid unless you want your day ruined.

This review is for my Korean mother, who was publicly laughed at from two female workers in costumer service. I am only giving this a two-star because the new manager (I believe his name was Steve or Steven) had followed up with me and addressed my concern regarding the incident. I was so ashamed and upset for my mother who does not speak fluent English nor can comprehend the racism she had experienced. It’s something so little but so negative.
She needed to transfer some money to family internationally and had went to the costumer service desk to do so. She had waited patiently on the side while they were helping another costumer. I let her do things on her own so she can gain confidence and not feel obligated to have me speak for her. It is important to her that she can do things on her own. She had stated to us, rather bluntly, that the service was down. I went over to explain that to my mother and we headed out to go somewhere else. On our way out, I hear her turn to the woman next to her (keep in mind, if I could hear it walking out so can everyone else inside…also the other costumer was still standing in front of her) and say “she was just staring at me like what is her problem…”. I looked at her and she immediately looked down and said “I’m so sorry”. I’m not the one she needed to say sorry to. She was only sorry because she was caught. I stated back to her that she wouldn’t say that about her own mother. My mother was confused and hurt.
Unfortunately this is one of the closest grocery stores for her and now she doesn’t feel comfortable going inside due to this incident. I have encouraged the new store manager to look into this incident and have these issues addressed as I’m sure this has happened on multiple occasions. If you see or hear something, please speak up. If I was not there to see or hear it, this would have been pushed under the rug.
The behaviors and attitudes displayed during this incident may or may not be the culture of this specific store location. I am unsure but I have escalated this issue to hopefully prevent these from occurring again. If we could treat people with kindness and understanding, the world would be a much better place. That’s all I ask for.

This supermarket is currently being renovated but still has a pretty good selection. Always very busy so I would suggest you go later!!

Each time we have shopped there the food is rotted. The meat is brown on the inside and the bread is molded. We purchased little smokies and maggots came out. We purchased new milk that was curdled. The fruit is so old it has flies and decomposes. They are clearly not storing food at proper temperatures and leaving it out. The manager says it’s a one-off each time. We have been inconvenienced each time to have to return the food or to just take it as a loss.
