Extremely rude, condescending employees. Sad we HAVE to deal with them. They need to have some training on customer service.

This company likes to threaten people with bad reviews when they are terrible themselves and all I will ever give them is negative views. I won't work with them again.

This company is extremely unprofessional.Edward Mueller... From day one has wined about his job. How many complaints he gets and how hard his job is.He is very ,very rude. Not exactly sure what he actually does except complain that people complain.Even though I have a legitimate handicapped diagnosed by for professionals... He actually had the nerve to tell me on the phone that I was the least deserving individual in the world to deserve a handicap parking spot which was given to me by the state after I had met all qualifications. This man is an under educated , uncaring and rude individual and needs to be fired from his position.

I have had great experiences with First Real Estate Management. I am surprised to read the other reviews. Every time I call or email, my property manager is quick to respond and quick to resolve my issue. They take the time to explain things, to help me understand.

Terrible experience. This "company" collects HOA money from my neighborhood. Unfortunately, that is all they do...collect money. Felecia Shockley was supposed to manage the neighborhood, but provided NOTHING to justify our payments. She NEVER returns phone calls or e-mails. Worst of all, our neighborhood never received any services to justify the high HOA fees. DO NOT use this company unless you want to throw your money away.

This HOA is awful and bias.
My house is located on Pleasant Path. My neighbor took advantage and planted a tree line without HOA permission during the time that the house was under contract. Unfortunately, half of the trees were planted on my property. I reported the encroachment to HOA immediately. For two months, instead of asking my neighbor to remove the trees from my property, they encouraged him to submit the architectural plan so that they can legalize his violation. It is similar to the situation that you noticed someone parked his car in your garage, you called the cop. The cop came and told you that you would wait until he and the intruder found a new parking lot. Worse, HOA unjustly approved his architectural plan without my signature although I pointed out that the width of that type of trees, if planted too close to the property line, will potentially encroach my property, block my way, and damage my driveway. According to HOA, my neighbor does not need my signature to get approve although the trees are between mine and my neighbor’s house. According to HOA, my neighbor will get approved to plant trees anywhere on his property regardless of their potential encroachment to adjacent properties. This is totally bias.

Awful, non-responsive, i have had trees needing to be mulched for 7 year now. They will not come out and respond. Yet, they insist on payments and for what? The community is ran down and they do nothing. In Waverly Woods, the homes are new and expensive, yet nothing is done with the weathering happening to the sidewalks, walkways, the roads need resurfacing, some houses are in disarray, trees planted too close to homes and should be pruned. Nothing has been done since I moved in around 2007 to the community which is now 10 years! Something has to be done. I believe strongly the community should meet and vote them out if something is not done soon.

Worst. HOA. Ever. Absolutely horrible. Most poorly run HOA I've ever dealt with (and I'm saying this as a 20+ year military member who has lived in a lot of different places throughout this country). Unresponsive is an understatement. Seems as if the HOA fees they collect simply go into the pockets of the HOA staff.
There should be an option for negative stars (maybe a black hole icon?)

I live in Waverly Woods in Woodstock MD. The management team here is the worst in the industry. The air conditioner has been out at our pool house, where our excersising equipment is located for the HOA members, for two weeks now. They keep posting times when the air conditioning will be fixed, but is never comnpleted. Eilleen is extremely rude, and called me a liar when I told her the front door at the pool house was inoperable-- she told me her computer said it was working. Eventhough I was there. They fixed it pretty quickly. They keep hanging notes saying when the unit will be fixed. Never has completed on time till this date. I just stopped by and the pool house is now open, but the air conditioner is still not fixed. They took down there posted signs of when the AC will be fixed. Of course its the July 4th weekend and they prob wont be back til tuesday. Very dissapointed.
