Dugout Zone is an awesome sports card store. I went just yesterday, and it was very nice, they had many options and everyone was super friendly. I got a topps baseball hobby box and it was extremely fun to open! I will say, some prices were a little high and I don’t love the individuality sold packs out of boxes, but it was a great experience! I highly recommended!

The DugoutZone is a fantastic place to shop or to simply talk about the hobby. Rick and Randy are great people and it's always great to drop in. They started in the era when it seemed everyone with a box of older cards and a case of something new felt they could open a store. That they are still around today is a testament to the quality and service they provide and to the relationships they've built with their customers.

Thank you to the gentleman at this shop that assisted my 7 year old son in finding Pokémon cards to start his collecting experience. Fielding my questions about sports cards after being away for 20yrs more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making us feel valued and jumpstarting a father-son activity. We'll be returning and expanding our collections through your business!

Since my family stepped foot into this store we were welcomed and treated with upmost respect especially after driving 4 hours to have some stuff authenticated. Not sure who owners are but the two gentleman helped us yesterday with filling out jsa paperwork wanted to say thank you .This is top run hobby shop they care for there customers take there time to explain where things are and what products they have . Highly recommend this hobby shop to everyone . Thank you

I like this card shop. It has alot i mean a lot of singles. They sell mostly raw singles. Not many graded. They have a great selection of packs to by as well. I will be back when I am in the area again.

Refusing to purchase autographed memorabilia from me. Owner had extremely, uncalled for, attitude.I explained to him I just was released from hospital an unable to work. I even offered to sell an autographed ball of local legend and hof member at unbelievable price. Just to get fuel into my vehicle. Item wouldn't stay on shelf long at price point that he would of been able to offer.Just wanted to thank you for helping a long time customer, returning to hobby after 3 year hiatus. I've bought between 12-20 hobby boxes every year, plus all my supplies, monthly Beckett's, and various singles.I've learned you care nothing for your customers and probably could care less that you've lost a long time customer, from the days @ Chatham Mall till the present.Again, thank you. Finally realizing what I've heard over the years was true. Being able to stay in business by treating customers with attitude isn't something to brag about, like answers in reviews. Just imagine how how many customers you could retain if EVERYONE was treated with respect.So, just saying bye. Don't mind driving to other side of town to do business with Baseball Outlet. They paid me well for same item I offered you. All because they wanted to help and keep their customers happy and coming back.

I bought a box of cards from here for $110 and looked online when I got home and found out that the identical box was selling for $83 everywhere else. I understand that you have to make a profit but gouging customers is not good business.

I have been shopping at the Dugout since I was a kid, and now my son and I enjoy going together. The market has gotten crazy over the past few years, but the Dugout rewards program makes a big difference with affordability. Staff is always friendly and willing to help out.

Owner is super friendly. Good selection of loose sport and nonsport to thumb through. Sealed prices are too high. Paid $165 for 22-23 Series 1 Upper Deck hockey to support local. $100 is current market. I'll check again later. Still worth a visit.
