Ask to see their paint booth. Unless they actually got one very recently they have no paint booth and paint your car in a n open bay with a curtain. No oven baking.

Another body shop estimated it would take over 4 months to get to our job. A call to Mike at Mullinix and under two weeks later our work was completed. Great communication along the way and the truck came back looking like new. They washed the interior and exterior too - nice touch!

Had a wonderful experience with Mike and Jen at Mullinix. They were communicative throughout the process. They worked well with the insurance company and helped me to get everything resolved quickly. I really felt they valued me as a customer. When there was an issue that I hadn't noticed when I originally picked up the car, they were quick to remedy the situation with no issues whatsoever. I really feel they went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful to have found them.

Rude and unprofessional. Tried calling shown on Google and the number said unavailable. Booked an appointment online to get an estimate and received confirmation of the appointment and all. Their hours on Google also showed them as open. Showed up and was told "no one pays attention to the online booking, you have to call". Explained that the number said unavailable and got nothing but more rude responses about the number always being the same.I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for the help Glenn. Glad I figured out early on to not use your company.

I'm surprised they're still in business. Years ago I left my car for bumper replacement. They kept my car for two weeks and, when I asked about progress, they assured me that they're still working on it. Since my insurance allowance for rental car was expiring, I insisted on seeing the actual status. Nothing was done. I've asked the owner to provide an appropriate statement for my insurance. He asked all his staff to leave the office so he can be one-on-one with me then literally threatened me using his obscene vocabulary if I won't leave immediately. I left, called police and, thanks to officer's intervention, the statement has been issued. Good luck to you if you're still planning to use this service...

Warm/ Friendly/ Free Advice/Years of experience/Very thorough> ....Please stop over to Mike at Mullinex....State Farm were giving me the run around when a deer jumped on my car. Even though he didn't have to speak with State Farm to explain the situation of it being one incident and not two, he spoke with them to clear that up. Mike was very honest looking at my car showing me the biggest damage was underneath. He calculated the repair cost before State Farm gave him the OK to do an estimate, then submitted a detailed estimate to them and emailed me a copy....Car was totaled, but if Mike hadn't taken the time to do a detailed write up on the damage.... I would have been wasting my time looking for another body shop...

Jen, the receptionist was very courteous & professional need more like her and the mechanics that worked on my jeep compass was quick, efficient and explained the overall process. Just to sum it up, Mullinex has gained a customer for a very long-time! Thank you again Mullinex for Great Service!

Excellent service, very reasonable price, timely and professional- the staff went out of their way to provide quality service. They worked to meet my needs and got the job done quickly. They offered to pick me up when I needed a ride. They cleaned my car prior to delivery. Very friendly front desk. They replaced the fender and it looks marvelous. Having body work done after accident and they would not allow any review of their estimate/inspection. If they weren’t trying to hide something then why not allow an audit of their work. Very shady!!! In response to your response: I wanted to have an industry expert look at it to make sure you were charging a fair amount. You wouldn’t let an expert qualified appraiser to look at it…if you thought it was fair you wouldn’t have had a problem with an expert reviewing it. No need to apologize for paying fair wages… apologize for not being open to a fair review.Service: Body & Trim

Current office manager is a liar and when you call him out on it he will refuse you service. He also likes to get drunk on his lunch break seen him at a local bar. So if you go after lunch and are wondering why he seems like a completely different person it's because he's drunk. Seen with with multiple shop techs all getting drunk on their lunch. Wouldn't want them touching my cars.

My girlfriends black 2010 Toyota Corolla basically didn’t have a front body part that wasn’t destroyed. Mullinix auto body fixed it all up for her and the estimate was fair and accurate I highly recommend using this repair shop! Tom (the estimator) was kind and gave all the information we needed in order to get the car fixed. It was totaled but we couldn’t let go of it yet because it holds so many memories. Even with all that and the car was repaired in just a few weeks! I will always come to mullinix because the offer expert quality service.Service: Body & Trim
