I would give this organisation a 10/10. They were on time and did a quality job. Dave was very professional and did an excellent job. If you need your carpet put in, definitely use these people. Pleased with the outcome! Will be using them again

The quality of our Carpet and installation was 2nd to none. This project was an excellent investment for our home. The Carpet we selected was #109 Kudos with the upgraded padding. The Dependable staff and contractors were respective and courteous to our needs and requirements.

They installed new flooring in our sun room and ran into a lot of difficulties since it's an old house. They handled them like pros and got it done. Highly recommend.

Tom and his wife monique are awesome they went above and beyond helping me since I'm injured and have a lung disease Monique even helped with stuff at my house that wasn't about the carpet because she saw me struggling to do it .. My house looks amazing!!! Great work and great people I highly recommend them!!!! will have them return when I'm ready to sell to do the downstairs ..

Dependable Carpet and Flooring (Tom & Monique Munson) were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the consultation to the installation, everything went amazing & smooth. The owners, Tom & Monique are very knowledgeable about flooring, options, and was a no pressure, no gimmicks kind of company, and the utmost professional. Tom took his time asking questions, trying to figure out what we really needed and then began to give us options that best suited our particular needs. In our case, the dogs had basically destroyed the carpeting throughout the house. The installers (Dave & Damion) were very efficient, meticulous and professional. All debris was cleaned up & the house was left very neat & tidy. I can't say enough great things about the incredible customer service we received from the beginning of the job to the end. I know if I ever need any more tile, floor, or carpet work done in the future, I will be calling Tom & Monique and Dependable Carpet. I highly recommend them!

How ironic their name starts with DEPENDABLE! I had flooring done in October 2016 and by February 2017 the flooring had begun to lift. After several unanswered phone calls I received a text message from the owner Tom that he would set up service within the next week to 10 days. That was on 3/24/17. never heard back again. Once again I called and was told they were planning on coming out that afternoon but the installers wife was in surgery so they couldn't make it. Tom said he would call me back later that day to reschedule. Never heard back. I have now filed a complaint with the Better business Bureau and am awaiting an outcome. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR QUALITY INSTALL

Had hard wood refinished, and carpet installed. I paid deposit on a credit card. When job was complete by their standards they took it upon them self to charge my credit card again. They apparently kept my credit card info. for future use. Carpet came out fine (very happy with that), The hardwood fl was not to my satisfaction. When I contacted him he said he would be back out on Thursday to take a look. Never heard from him again.
