I have been calling repeatedly the past two days and no one ever answers it takes five minutes on the phone to get through the voice menus and then no one picks up considering the other reviews I shouldn’t be surprised and I shouldn’t have given them a chance my mistake won’t happen again

If I didn’t have to go here for medicine refills I wouldn’t. Staff are great, but the whole system (no staff except one at register) and automated machines that don’t work well. Plus the issues getting a real person on the phone for issues with meds and refills .. not customer friendly anymore.

CVS sucks. I had a prescription to be filled. I went at 12.15 pm. they asked me to come back. I came back at 12.51, they told me it is not done but they will "expedite" it and will be done in 30 mins. I came back at 1.. 27 pm and they told me they were closing for lunch at 1.30 though it was 1.27pm. I came back at 3.30pm and they just told me to wait and they will "expedite" it and it will be done in 30 mins. They don't seem to understand customer service nor the meaning of the word expedite.

Trying to speak with someone on the phone is useless. First is the 3 minutes to get to the pharmacy and then another 10-15 minutes and then they pick up the phone and hang up.

Was told my 90 supply was available for pickup. They handed over a 30 day supply. Line too long, very understaffed, still waiting on my full Rx.

Team member Jaucqi used derogatory language towards me when trying to check out items at self check out a few days ago. I asked her for help with a coupon, but the register was full. Previous team member was kind in a previous transaction and assisted with no problem to clear the error, but Jauqi was nasty, yanking at the registers and telling me I must be “doing something, and I hate your kind.” When I tried to meet her with resolutions such as not even using the coupons and paying full price, she then told me I could not purchase at all, and to just come back when she wasn’t working. I laughed in disbelief. She got upset and told me she will not assist me and to leave her store, she’s calling the police. I told her I didn’t do anything to break any laws so I’ll wait for the police. She then told me she would not be calling for police after all. At this point, I decided to call. The police responded and a report was made. It is against federal law to make racist comments and deny a person based on race the services goods or public accommodations. Shame on you CVS, for calling the next day and just offering a oops we’re sorry!

This CVS branch offers a 24/7 pharmacy, which facilitates a lot, especially for those that have a very long day job shift and cannot get to the other pharmacies in their regular office hours.In my experience at this branch, I found a pharmacy staff team that is courteous, professional and very efficient and my Rx were ready in a timely manner.THANK YOU ALL!I recommend this CVS branch.

This is the only 24 hour CVS-like place in the whole area. Very useful in a place like Columbia. Because of that I'm always here after 11pm. The night crew staff is very helpful and warm. I have yet to search for something and find it out of stock. Very neat and tidy. For some reason this CVS doesn't give you 3 miles of receipt paper post transaction so this is my favorite location.

CVS Ellicott City MD customer service was exceptional. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. He went beyond what appeared to be his regular position to help me with my photo processing. Very satisfied!

CVS online system is unreliable and doesn’t sync with Store. Upon scheduling my appointment online through a mobile phone using the Safari browser - I got texts saying I was ready and welcome and all that. I waited 45 minutes and the woman giving the vaccine never called my name. So another customer told me to stand in line and check in because if you used the text massage link it wasn’t syncing with the systems inside. So I waited in line and was over an hour and a half until I got seen, and this was only because I told the woman giving the vaccine that I’ve been waiting since 10:30. She treated me like I was an inconvenience and said because I was a “walk in”. I told her I wasn’t and showed her my phone and appointment, but she still didn’t care. CVS - fix your systems and please, don’t treat customers like they are an inconvenience.
