I have nothing but praise for Countryside Vet Clinic. I and my dogs have always been treated with the best care possible. All of the Vets, Techs and front office are always cheerful and listen to your concerns.

I brought my Rottie to Countryside as a referral 2 yrs ago for emergency surgery, but he's usually a 'ladies (dog) man ', but I gotta tell you, he's fallen in love with Dr. Carol, so fast-forward, we now come here for EVERYTHING and I LOVE to hate this 'Doc-Dogmance!! Dr. Carol Thumel and his LOVELY Staff make Tee and me feel very safe and that they truly are the BEST with the BIGGEST hearts for all they 'touch!'

Our sugar gliders, Jellyroll and Jeremy Renner, had their pre-op appts the other day with Dr Young to be neutered. I it was greeted by the ladies at the front desk who were so nice and on top of their game. And Dr Young left me with no doubt, that they will be fine. Although ,I'm sure Jellyroll and Jeremy are not looking forward to coming to see, you I am.

100% the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to! The staff is so kind and loving towards our dog Wallace. They are always flexible and happy to see him with his many visits. The doctors are always understanding and helpful, always finding a solution that is best for our pet. The day camp is wonderful as well. Would recommend!!

I began taking my German shepherd to countryside after hearing about their great service and most importantly their honesty. After having such a negative experience with other veterinarians, going to country side was such big surprise. I can honestly say I love all the doctors, but a special shout out to Dr. Heath Thumel. He treated my 11 year old German shepherd with care and kindness and never tried to over charge me for unnecessary expenses which is pretty much every other vet’s main goal.

We love Countryside Veterinary Clinic! All of the veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. They are excellent communicators, always explaining diagnoses and treatment plans using simple terms that pet parents can understand.
We were extremely pleased with the quality of care that Dr. Mary Beth Soverns provided recently to our dog, Zoey. She is an excellent veterinarian.

I made a first vet appt at Countryside for my new rescue pup. We waited a week and a half for the appt. I thought that was normal if you are a first time client with a first time pup. Dr. Thumel saw my Finn and found he was in some distress with a couple of infections. She made a point of saying if I had told them something was wrong they would have fit him in earlier.
I’ve never heard any other doctor, human or dog, ever say anything like that.
Finn got all the care he needed with patience, kindness, and understanding that he probably had never been to a vet before. When he pee’d in the examining room, as uncomfortable and apologetic as I could be, the vet tech just smiled, cleaned it up and told me it happens all the time. She didn’t need to say that; didn’t need to go out of her way to make me feel ok about it all.
Like so many other people’s reviews before me, I will add my voice. This is a wonderful place to have your 4-legged family members taken care of. They care. They show it by all the little things they do and say.

We love Countryside. Our two dogs have seen most of the Doctors. All are friendly, thorough and patient with our dogs.

We have been with Countryside from the very beginning of the office . The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, always available to help . Most importantly, they are so gentle with the pets, . We trust Dr Soverns completely, she gives her best every visit.
I am truly grateful for this office!
