“I was visiting in Maryland and had a nostalgic moment seeing the 7-Eleven! Used to visit the stores all the time as a kid and unfortunately they don't have any in Kentucky. The outside wasn't too bad at all and the time that we went (late afternoon on a weekday), there was enough parking. I did not go inside and can only share comments on my slurpee. It was AMAZING! Maybe it was because I had not had one in years but it did what it was suppose to do! I got the mango lemonade and would highlight recommend it! Had just the right amount of "freeze" to it that my body responded with several brain freezes lol! If you need a tasty treat to cool you down, swing by this 7-Eleven! #WorthyNotes”

“Now a S-Mart BP. Their car wash is actually wonderful. One automated lane and three self service bays. Automated wash was perfect, no leftover soap scum and car looks great. Plus, discount on gas.”
“I was so happy to find gas at this location yesterday (during a gas shortage), but the best part was the kindness of the employee, he came out to inform customers that only Regular gas was available, and shows us how to line up, and was SO kind, friendly, and professional, despite the hectic situation. Then he helped another gentleman find a place to park his moped after he was in an accident to ensure his vehicle would be safe until he could retrieve it, this young man should be commended for his kind, considerate, helpful nature! This location is always clean & well-stocked, and is conveniently located, they also have a car-wash, which is not common in this area!”

“This Walgreens location is usually quiet and well staffed. The pharmacy staff has been professional and quick. I never wait too long in the drive thru. A much nicer place then the CVS across the street.”
“I have been going this pharmacy for years. I always get fast service and someone was always available to help. I moved my prescriptions from CVS where nobody picked up the call and took over week to fill my prescriptions.

“This 7-Eleven is on the right hand side of route 40, right past Chatham Plaza. The Mobile has is in the same parking lot as the 7-ELEVEN. Very quick and easy to find what you need and is efficient. In and out quickly. Recommend.”

“Dear High’s Leadership,
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the kind and thoughtful team at your Ellicott City location. Barb, Bishop, and Angel are among the kindest, most service-oriented individuals I have come across in a long time.
My 80 year old dad is a regular customer at High’s — he stops in every single morning and always gets the same things. A few times, the Washington Post was sold out before he arrived. When Barb heard that, she began setting one aside for him each morning to make sure he never missed his paper. Angel, when she sees him coming, often has his “regular” items ready in a bag at the register — unless she’s busy helping another customer. And Bishop always keeps things running smoothly and ensures that same level of care continues when he’s at the counter.
This level of attentiveness, consistency, and genuine kindness is rare these days. It means so much to me and my family to see how well they treat my dad — not just as a customer, but as a person.
I hope High’s leadership recognizes this exceptional team and ensures they are taken care of, because their dedication truly embodies what great service is all about.
Big thank you to Barb, Angel, and Bishop for your kindness toward my dad — I so appreciate you all.

“The only 24 hour CVS in the area. Good customer service. CVS has ridiculous prices but the best reward program ever. Make sure to add the rewards and coupons in the app before paying. Better yet, order online where each item you add to the cart says if there is a coupon attached and pick up at the front of the store. I pay for the delivery service and that has worked out well too except that you have to do the pharmacy separate from shopping.”
“As a pharmacist myself I understand how the chains perpetually are understaffed but I would like to see some flex to open the second drive through window when the primary line is out to the parking lot.”
“I don't really do my shopping here, I pretty much only use the pharmacy. The people working back there are great. I've had issues a few times with my insurance and the staff there were very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do. It made me sad to hear from one of the employees that they get a lot of harassment from people coming to get their medication. I know it can be tough, and insurances can be outright cruel, but the staff here are genuinely great. Sending them lots of love from a long time customer.”
