Very bad customer service

Worst bank ever. I called this branch to see if I can set an appointment but the call always ends with "call back later". I went there to get a check endorsed and they had me wait for 20 minutes despite the fact they didn't have any other customer. I couldn't get the help I needed and so the office personnel made and appointment for me at the branch for another day for me to come in. 15 minutes after I left the bank, I got a call from the same office personnel saying that they are short staffed and will have to cancel the appointment. Complete waste of my time.

Using an alias profile b.c, they have my $. I don't know if it's all Chase Bank employees or just this one, but I think their version of customer service is odd. 1st, the greeting is fine, but if you see that a customer is already engaged in filling out a slip, why are you bothering them. It is not like you are going to help them fill a slip. Also, the greeting feels a bit creepy. 2nd, they really get you to fill the slip. I bank at 3 other places, and I rarely have to fill out my slip, other bank pull my account up, and I deposit or take my money. And 3rd, everything has to be done personally. Why can't I send someone else with my bank card to make a payment. Sure, I can understand for a withdrawal, but a payment. And even if you are going, you need to present a state ID as well. Again, the other three banks I go to do not do this.Please work on these issues. Or I will consider other banks once my benefits have reached its end. Thank you

Came in to deposit and I was greeted by a gentleman. The teller( Mr. Rabia) was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Going forward this will be my go to branch :) !

They only have one Teller working at this branch on Saturday when I visited while having people walk around to greet the customers with long line. The only teller was a trainee which made every transaction to flow extremely slow. Doubt that I will become a customer to Ellicott City Chase anytime soon after this bad experience as Truist and M&T Bank in Ellicott City always have 2-3 tellers working on Saturdays and they are very efficient!

As a common sense, most services in the bank need an appointment with the banker. This could help us avoid long waiting time in the bank. Very exceptional service and good environment. The banker is very professional and detailed oriented and helped me go through all the documents.

The entire experience from the welcome to leaving was top notch. Everyone was so helpful and friendly that it almost made me want to change my primary banking to Chase. Highly recommend especially after seeing bad reviews.

People working here just stand around and one their phone. Sarah the receptionist is the only one really trying to help but other than that everybody here is just lazy

Who would leave a negative review for this branch?! The service is exceptional! From the moment you walk in you are greeted, they ask what service you need and then set that up. I was given a nice bottle of water and was asked if I wanted room temp or cold! Then Jordan Banks the Relationship Banker was so helpful in getting my needs accomplished. Having been in hundreds of Chase branches in NJ and NY, this was by far the best service I have ever received.

Very bad experience there was not even a single customer inside the building i came to open business account and they said you have to make an appointment the account manager having coffee and have no time today n its 3.15pm bank close 5 what a shame
