“I am so very thankful that I selected this location to take care of my bodywork or my Honda CRV. The staff was exceptional when it come to trying to accommodate a person‘s needs. My car is equipped with Mobility equipment that I need to get around so renting a car was really not an option for me and I explained to them that I desperately needed my car back for a doctors appointment that I had no way to get to there. I spoke Kim and she said she would do her best to make it happen I really didn’t think that it would happen but when I received that call this morning telling me that my vehicle was ready, I was beside myself with gratitude. Hopefully, I won’t need this services anymore but if I ever do, that will definitely be the place that I go back to again”
“Ole skool values with new skool flair. Car was damaged on Thursday night, called Dynamic Collision Services on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. By 9:00 am, my bumper was better and my faith in quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service was restored. Got to be the best in B’more! Make the call.”
“You know when you do something that you would NEVER normally do? Yep, that was me with my trusty Red Rav. I was kicking myself. So I called CACC the same day and Eddie said bring it over! He picked up right away what NEEDED to be fixed and kept the car. But not until he loaded me up with his delicious chocolate (which I have quite a fondness for). His guys fixed up the car - it looks gorgeous and ... (Eddie gave me some more chocolate - sorry Eddie, now everyone is going to want your chocolate even tho I know it was only meant for me). Btw, Eddie has done work for us before so we knew what a great job they do. Plus, Eddie is just the sweetest person ever. He makes you feel better after you break your car. Thank you Eddie! “Millenium 2 Auto Glass Inc. was AMAZING!!! I called one day and set up an appointment for the very next day. They came to my house at MY convenience the very next morning and repaired my son's truck the window perfectly. They were kind, knowledgable, personable and soooo reasonably priced compared to other companies. I would HIGHLY recommend this family owned business. I've always been happy with how my car looks after each repair. After one repair, I noticed there was an issue with a piece of molding. I took the car back and they fixed it within the hour.
