Heidy McCarthy is an enthusiastic and fun instructor. She makes classes lively and engaging. I always know I will have a good workout in her class.

I'm new to this gym. I took my first class on August 22, 2023 and enjoyed the class. The instructor Tanisha was very helpful and explained everything well. She also gave modifications to each exercise we did. The members in the class was also very nice and helpful as well.

Did a private class for my bachelorette and it was amazing!! BB is a wonderful instructor!!! None of us had tried aerial silks and she walked us through everything and helped us out! Would definitely come here again!
