We had a great experience here! I hosted a party for my daughter. The general manager and our server were amazing. They checked on us several times. I only took one star off because our lanes got stuck a few times and the restart buttons didn't work. However, once we told the staff, they were quick to fix it. There were a few games in the arcade that weren't working and again the staff was quick to address the issues. My daughter felt so special and my entire family had a great time! They decorated with her name in large letters and greeted her with a lot of excitement. She said that she loved her decorations (provided by the bowling alley) and that all the people were so nice. I definitely recommend this bowling alley!

Went with sister & her grands; had a nice time. Can't wait to go again. Had a pizza, that actually wasn't bad.

Busy place on a hot Saturday afternoon, lanes were clean but we had to keep resetting the pins.

Very expensive. Payed 108$ for 3 games and 3 shoe rentals. They have some specials during the week. Nice customer service. The snack bar won’t sell anything under 10$. Dirty. Everywhere you step it’s sticky.

We went on Mother’s Day’s (Sunday). It wasn’t crowded, it was a nice place to spend time with the family. We didn’t eat much, the fries were hot, other family members stated the hot dogs (beef) were good. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and assisted with everything we needed.

Bowerlo Normandy ...We had a group of 6, unfortunately the lane we had broke down several times, the food service was horrible and the tables were full of trash.

it’s bugs in the bathroom so unprofessional. didn’t rinse out the pitcher. broken table. jammed bowling. i got sick. just so unprofessional never coming back .??♀️
