“Has a Starbucks inside. It also has Legos, games, and toys, along with books and magazines of all genres and for all ages. Great selection of books, pretty well sorted in the store too.”
“Pleasant quaint place. Love the homely feel and the myriad of titles they hold. It might feel cramped because of the limited space and the amount of books and items there are. They also sell CDs. I was delighted to see how vast and diverse their history section is compared to other booksellers.”
“BAM is a spacious area with a variety of items from pop figures, to books and manga along with other various items. Not too long ago I actually bought a pop figure which is going for much more than I originally bought it for. I really enjoyed this place and the workers are very kind, but don't forget to bring a bag because sometimes they run out (at least that was the case when I went).”
“I did not realize it was a book a million when I was there. Sign reading bam. Went in there yesterday to look around and found something I wanted right away. While looking I could hear a customer at the register being a bit loud, which caught my attention, and I was waiting to get my item rung up. Listening from my perspective the customer was being quite rude to the employee, and I observed the cashier maintain a calm, professional demeanor the entire time. Doing all they could to help the customer. The nastier the customer seemed to be, the nicer and more friendly the cashier became. I was so surprised I wanted to give the store top notch feed back”
“I'm a big fan of Barnes and Nobles and love bookstores in general. My only issue with this location is no coffee shop. They do have a few spots where you can sit and read, but if you want to stretch out with a laptop and an iced mocha like I do, you need to buy your book here and then go a few doors down to Starbucks. So not a one stop shop like I am used to from the midwest.Otherwise they are a clean and well stocked store. I hope the internet doesn't kill this chain as well. I tend to buy from bookstores and happily pay more then online just for the presence of store where I can truly browse and get surprised by titles I would have never seen online.”
“Quite quaint compared to others I've been to. There is a place to read off to the side by the entrance with the Starbucks. It lacks a criterion collection section (if that's your sort of thing).”
“Great seforim selection and the staff is very knowledgeable of their merchandise as well as knowing their customers to help them find the right sefer for their needs. I can spend a day just browsing in their easily ?”
“This bookstore is so wonderful! A powerhouse of community engagement. I had several bags of young children's books to donate and when I came to drop them off, I learned that they have used and new books, along with an area for kids to play. They partner with the Children's House, and all new books purchased that you donate to the Children's House get a 15% discount and any used books you purchase for yourself donates a $1 to the Children's House. Jen is lovely and helpful, the bookstore is clean, organized, and welcoming. What a gem for the Catonsville community!”

7006 Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore“Honest store with good prices. Sometimes help is hard to find cause there is usually only one employee managing the store at any given time, so expect a long wait. But they treat you fairly.”
“My book arrived in Canada within 1 week. The packaging was awsome and I was surprised to see 2 additional free books in the package! I will buy more books from islamicbookstore.com in future.”
“Absolutely amazing resource in so many ways! Right now my family is doing language lessons, but I know they also offer Russian immersion arts and crafts sessions and other events. Plus they have an expansive selection of Russian language books for sale. They're a great community resource. We're so happy to have found East-West Cultural Center!”

8600 Foundry St, Savage“Local public library was closed for the holidays and ventured out to this local independent shop about a mile away. My girls and I were pleasantly surprised with the little gem of a shop we found at the historic Savage Mill. Cozy, warm, great customer service and book/gift selections. My daughters are 12 and 9 and have very different tastes - all three of us found a plethora of books to choose from - even picked up other cute items like bookmarks and stuffed animals. Although they were disappointed the library was closed, this made for a great substitute. We’ll definitely be back again!”
“Love the UMBC Retrievers merchandise, thank you Darcy for helping me find some great apparel. Got the Champion Golden Grit shirt and the Blue84 Black True Grit hoodie. Awesome quality and looks great!”

4734 Trident Ct, Halethorpe“Drop & hook, piece of cake! Can be a little tight docking if cars are parked across from the docks. Only downside of this place is it's location if you have to pass through Baltimore, always a cluster f#$k! Stuck in dead stop traffic coming and going, turned a 2hr job into a 5hr job.”
““WTF?!?”“yeah Dad, what’s with that?”??♂️actually good for your typical airport newsstand. overpriced (but the airport charges outrageous rents) but the folks running the place were fast and friendly.”
“This was my first visit to this wonderful book store, which has a far more extensive selection of pristine, leather-bound books than I’ve seen in most used bookstores – and at reasonable prices. I bought two books, which accentuate my décor considerably.”
