Lots to choose from at reasonable prices. Asked for two half-bushels of apples, and the sales person was very helpful and accommodating to our request in choosing the types of apples.

The owners are nice but a black man who works there is very pushy and dominaring, he stands right on top of you which ever produce you are going to see he puts you in a hurry to buy the produce right away which is uncomfortable

It's wonderful to have Baughers nearby to where we live. They are open every day except Wednesday. During the season, the fruits and vegetables available depend on what is ripening locally. Today we picked up concord grapes, plums, Asian pears, corn, potatoes, onions, figs and special small pears. The white and yellow peaches also looked great; however, they will have to wait until our next visit. We won't be visiting any supermarket produce section until Baugher's closes for the season around Halloween.

All summer long the staff at Baugher's led me on thinking any day they would stock Damson plums. Harvest time came and went for the plums. Kept showing up at the stand in hopes of scoring some Damsons for jam but nada. Of course, I would buy corn and tomatoes and other items. This is what they were hoping when they put me off until Finally got one to confess the crop was frost bit and there never were going to be any damsons this summer. Be careful what the staff says. don't take their word for anything.

I was most excited that I was able to buy big fresh soft crabs. And they were most delicious, pan fried in bacon fat!
