Quick, honest service. Went in for tire plug, had nail in tire. They said they’d plug it for $20. As a walk in, they jacked up my car and pulled the nail right away. Turned out to be a shallow tack (couldn’t tell from nail head). They sprayed the tire to make sure it held air. No leak. No charge. In and out in 2-minutes. Thanks again.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire alignment at a major tire franchise at 10AM today. I showed up and their mechanic Fred was on vacation. I called Woo's and they were available immediately for a tire alignment. They were also $29 cheaper than the major franchise tire shop. At $100, I had a perfect car alignment with all greens showing up on their alignment screen and it was done in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to find Woo's. Their prices, skill and availability were all better than the major chain. I am so lucky today.

Amazing ?, hats off, 5 star service. 7:45 am in need of a tire repair to get to work in Bel-Air by 9:00 am. Yup, that happened!!!

Many customers who left a review claiming rude service are probably talking about the old manager who recently retired. Paul, the new manager, is fantastic! Despite bad reviews, I know this shop has always been busy with customers. Go and experience the service yourself without doubts; you won't regret it. Do not rely on people who write unfair reviews for a shop that provides reliable service for a very reasonable price. I've been their customer for over 15 years. My experiences have always been excellent; Mr Woo, the owner, is genuine and knows what he is doing. This is the place to go if you want a trustworthy mechanic without breaking the bank! Also, last time, they told me they’re doing inspections, too, so I plan on going there for it next time I need it!

As I read other reviews, I have similar bad experience. Not at all friendly. The owner do not know how to even talk to a customer. No waiting area. No price for a service. Bad attitude. I will not go to this store.
