“This was a wonderful apartment and the best community I had ever been a part of. It had a fantastic family atmosphere, and was wonderfully maintained. Any issues were resolved by maintenance promptly and hassle-free. The on-site team was excellent, the amenities (gym, pool, grills, etc.) were top-notch, and the parking garage was a great bonus. No other apartment I have ever lived in held a candle to The Vine. No, this isn't a fake review, I loved this place and it "wow'd" every visitor we ever had visit us.
I lived there for two years and had to move away for family reasons. Even with a wonderful new house, I still find myself longing for The Vine because it was THAT exceptional. It truly lived up to its reputation as a luxury apartment—don’t hesitate to move there!”

“Spent 2.5 years living here. Had to break lease suddenly due to issues w/ roommate and it was a very smooth process. Maintenance was fast and apartments were very nice for the price. Security deposit was returned w/ interest and minimal repair costs.
Apartment building was not perfect by any means (biggest problem was mice, apartment was making active efforts to address this) but staff is very professional and price was hard to beat. Great establishment.”

HOWEVER, with our new managers that started a few months ago, I’ve felt a positive energy shift. I can tell that they are working hard to make Clary’s feel more connected. “Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”
“I placed an emergency call because my Refrigerator stopped working with a freezer full of food Mel arrived within 5 mins of me placing the call and determined the appliance indeed had stopped. He offered to replace it right then but I declined stating I had company arriving soon and it would be a mess so instead he said that will surely give him enough time to locate a new one and deliver it first thing Monday Morning. At 9 am the next day he was back and removed the old 1 and gave me a new appliance. I didn’t lose any of my food in these trying days it’s something none of us can afford to do. I would like to thank him and give him 10 stars for his professionalism and promptness my experience in one word was excellent……..Sincerely John Rhymes”

“We just recently had the apartment doors replaced in my building. They are beautiful, but the apartment letters weren't on the new doors when they were installed. I made a maintenance request, and got a letter on my door within 2 or so days. I wish that all the renter's in the building would have gotten theirs too, but I will take what I can get. The rating is for all my maintenance requests. Maintenance has been very responsive to all my requests. Also, I use the resident portal to send messages to the office with concerns. That seems to be the best way to reach them. Overall, my experience here has been very good. Thank you.”
“My experience with Paragon at Columbia overlook has been amazing! The move in process was quick and efficient. The leasing staff were very friendly and forthcoming about the ins and outs of the community. They made me feel comfortable and answered every question I asked.
