It used be a 7-Eleven but unfortunately it is now called quick stop. I don’t know what happened did they moved or something happened? But it was a good 7-Eleven and quick stop is a good convenience store

Wow! This 7-11 has closed? It was in this spot for years! As of 2/8/2024 they are remodeling this store to become a Quik Stop. Sorry to see them go.

Today October 25, 2023 I purchased lottery tickets at approximately 6:30pm at store #39193 on Montgomery Rd Ellicott City, MD. I was charged $25 for a power-ball, a mega million, (1) $5 scratch off, (1) $2 scratch off and (3) $3 scratch off. This only equals $20 yet I was charged $25. I realized when I arrived home and returned promptly but it seems the staff changed at 7:00pm so the man there did not know what to do, and told me to return tomorrow. Never saying the hour to return or to whom I should speak with. He claimed to not have a phone number to give me. So I call the phone listed on the store receipts. This phone goes to an automated voicemail without stating where one called. Then it says mail box is full. I would like my $5 returned to me. I have sent in a request via the 7-Eleven website for a call to resolve this. If I ever hear back I may change this poor review. But it bothers me that no one seems to care for the customer and to have staff without knowledge how to address a concern. ****Edit**** This morning around 8:00am Thursday October 26, 2023 I stopped in to see what they would do to resolve my issue. Sadly again only a staff member there but at least he gave me the hours the owners worked. So I stopped in just before 2:00pm and thankfully the husband and wife owners both apologized and issued me another $5 scratch off ticket to make my purchase whole. I appreciate your understanding and respectful help and sincere apology. They really did seems to care to make a wrong right. Though I wish their staff had a little leeway in properly addressing a customer concern, especially because I attempted to do so quickly. However it took me 3 visits following my purchase to make this right. But that said I give them 5 stars for how they addressed this. Thank you!

Im from jersey working in the are for 2 weeks First time I stop on this seven I got coffe and burritos cooffe wast good burritos have mold Second time I stop by like 11: 00 pm I ask tue guy can you make new coffe because I need 8 LG cups He said no more cooffe use the machine I said I don't like tha one , I went all the way to wawa and Third Time I pull to the parking lot and I see how the guy walk to front and lock the doors on me this is so bad never again stop by hope the go out the business !!!! Carful with the mold on spire stuff

The place is located next to the road and was decently stocked. Perfect for quick grubs. The bites were hot and fresh. The counter was manned by only one person but that dint slow the checkout. It was not very crowded when we went but in the 10 minutes we were there we so about 5 - 10 people come and go. The area near the washroom was not very clean, thus the rating.

Very bad customer service. The lady has argument with my wife for extra coffee cup. My wife willing to pay for extra cup but she was trying call police on her. I wasn’t there . I wasn’t aware of this story.Next day I went there for cup of coffee and That cashier lady stop me for shopping because and want me to leave the store because my wife emailed to 711 .I was so mad and embarrassed.

Rode my bike here to buy water and some snacks after a long ride. There is no place to lock a bike in front of the store or nearby. I asked if I could bring the bike in and the person working there said no even though there was plenty of space at the front and I was the only customer at the time. I asked him if he would prefer I not buy anything because I wasn't going to risk leaving my bike outside. I found myself convincing him to let me bring my bike in so it wouldn't risk getting stolen. And then I thought to myself, why am I arguing with a guy about whether I can buy something from his "convenience" store when it shouldn't be this hard. The person I spoke to obviously didn't care about anything I was asking him about. So I decided this just wasn't worth the hassle and left. Luckily there are plenty of other options.

This is my favorite 7-Eleven in the area. The people working in the store are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has great coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks. Whatever the weather, the store is always open.
