Business had 3 of the 3 lanes open when I arrived. I sat in the first lane and there was one car in each of the other 2 lanes when I arrived. I sat for 30 minutes during which time the other 2 cars each made it into the facility. One gentleman came out and said the lane I was in was closing for lunch even though it had the green arrow "on" when I parked there, so he instructed me to move to the second lane, which I did. Then another car came up and parked in the third lane. We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes then the third bay opened and they took the latest car to arrive. Completely infuriated me, so I left and proceeded to change my own oil. Cost me $49 dollars with filter and 6 quarts of full-synthetic oil from Auto Zone versus the $139 (plus Tax) I was going to spend at their facility. Never again going there. I'll go and tip the boys $10 dollars at Jiffy Lube.

Great, much better then dealership and leaving car at your favorite mechanic and waiting for the phone call. It's a now brainer. 79.99 with recommended oil. They will fill your wiper fluid and check your air filter and wiper blades also!

Took our colorado there for an oil change and was told that our cap was stripped and would cost us $80 to replace. We told them no to just put oil back in and we will do it ourselves. They charged us $77 to just put oil back in. Got home and guess what?, cap is not stripped. Watch out for upsales. Way too much money to just put oil back in with no filter change. RIP OFF. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I hope others heed this.
