The website has this location listed as able to give shots to kids and allows you to schedule appointments for them but apparently the location can’t give shots to kids under 15. The pharmacist can see the appointments for the day and what age they are for and one would think they would cancel or call the appointment indicating they cannot give the shots but no they wait until you show up and tell you. What a waste of time and so unprofessional.

Pharmacist was rude and should not be working with the public. I asked a question about a decongestant and in a crowded area, with a raised voice told me I COULD NOT return it due to federal regulations and walked away. My question was does this come in liquid form.
I should have gotten his name but look it up 11:15 on 9/27/24.
I'll not give them another penny of my business.

They always have problems. I called in a prescription before the expiration date. They didn't have the medicine. They had to order it by the time they got The medicine that I ordered before the expiration date. Now they say sorry the machine won't let me do it. Is telling them that now it's expired. So even though I called in before the expiration date and they screwed up now I don't have a medication. Now I have to go to another doctor even though the poor doctor already gave me a refill and I've got to go through the whole thing again because they can't do their job. So sorry that rite aid moved

I went to this location several times and every time I go to pick up my medication I’m given an issue. Walgreens makes me pay for my medicine $28 when I have Medicaid. When I go to Walmart to pick up my prescription I have no issues nor am I told my medication isn’t covered by Medicaid.

The 5 star reviews are obviously fake, just like what we see in the real estate / property management businesses. The Elkton Walgreens is a 2.5 star operation at best. I just wanted to put in a good word for the young lady that understood "90 pills" and "90 day supply" are not the same thing. Most pharmacy employees do not understand this concept. Kudos to her!

This pharmacy is a joke. Go to Middletown or Newark if all possible you will literally save time driving 10 miles in the other direction than to wait for these idiot's

Parmacy is not open werre supposed to be open hour and half ago. Only clrrk in th store says they come in when they feel like it..Also their website advertiseds delivery they do.not deliver

Just want to update. After another 30 mins on hold I finally reached a really nice person. She helped me quickly even when checking stock. She came immediately back and took care of everything. Thank goodness I reached her. Not sure what’s going on over there. Maybe understaffed. Walgreens has to get it together and if they are understaffed they need to take care of their employees so people will want to work there.This location is turning into a nightmare. It’s impossible to get help over the phone. I was on hold for 30 mins waiting and as soon as it turned 1:30 they disconnected my call for lunch. Called back again today, another 35 mins on hold. Someone finally comes on and after I explain I’m told “hold on I’ll see if I can find someone to help you”. After another 5 to 10 mins on hold the phone starts ringing forever until it disconnects me. Called back again, been 15 mins so far, still on hold, still more then 3 callers ahead of me. I’ll easily be on hold another 40 mins to an hour IF they start answering calls. You need to dedicate like a whole day to track these people down to get any sort of help. I’m disabled, I can’t just run there every time I need to handle something because they won’t help customers over the phone. I don’t mind waiting but this is ridiculous. Horrible location and service.

The absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. The store itself is clean and they seem to be stocked. But as far as the pharmacy, I am changing it because they are the absolute worst. if you ever have a prescription sent there, god help you. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
