“I had such a wonderful experience at Fortune motors. Mr. Nneem and Cherri are very kind and thoughtful. We came there to look for a Toyota Corolla, but you really wanted the Camry. I had settled in my mind to just get the Corolla. However, Mr. Nneem worked with us and we were able to get the Camry we wanted. I am so grateful. “We purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago. Gavin our salesman was nice , answered all our questions.
After having it a couple days we noticed the radio wasn't picking up any stations. Found out the screw in part of the antenna was missing. My wife talked to a salesman and he got someone who said they would order one and call her.
Well its been over a week and no call. Stopped in today and talked to Gavin about it. Unfortunately they guys she talked to wasn't there today.
Gavin said he would take care of it but I told him never mind. I'm not waiting another 2 weeks so I ordered one. It will be here in 3 days.
I feel I should be reimbursed for this.”
