“From our initial phone conversation to ensuring the issue with my tractor was resolved, Steve has been absolutely impeccable. On March 19, 2023, I spoke with Steve and expressed how I had no power within my tractor. After listening very attentively he advised he would be out to me shortly. Steve made it to me very fast and upon his arrival he quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He advised me, I lost ground at my battery to frame cable, which he swiftly rectified. Needless to say, I'm very appreciative of how knowledgeable, qualified and experienced he is even while explaining the issue I was having and what it would take to resolve the issue. Unbeknownst to me Steve had worked all night Saturday night and still made me such a priority and insured my issue was resolved quickly.
