I’m here for the Amazon returns. Waaay easier than Kohls due to less people in line and the drop off is much closer to the store entrance. Staples has always been great to pick up a quick item locally, I do find their prices to be higher than other places. It is convenient to be able to get office supplies, craft supplies, snacks, toilet paper, waters, photocopies or a computer in one store. Elton enjoyed the office furniture and chairs.

I don’t need to write about service served at staples. But I like to share that some the employees are generous and kind towards first time visitors. They are helpful whenever you need, just one thing I notice that when it’s closing time one / two staff member doesn’t really listen to the what the customer is asking for and customer ends up paying more for their mistake. It happened to us this time so I really don’t want to be judgmental. Overall, experience is good. I recommend this staples for their service.

They perform as I expect a well managed staples to perform.I do a lot of business card printing and supplies purchases here. No complaints.

I interacted with an employee named Shaun (spelling?) at the Elkton MD location. I'm not very technical and needed to use some of the self service machines. Shaun was SO patient with me. Even after he showed me the instructions he still checked on me every few minutes. What is amazing about that is - he was crazy busy. I own a business and I can tell you've I've never seen any employee multi task the way he did. If I'd had a bad experience I sure would write a review - so I thought I'd share a positive one. I'd like to see if there's a way to reach the GM of that store? Honestly I'm a busy but I was so impressed with his customer service skills.

I was in here a few weeks ago to print memorial photos. Shawn was extremely helpful and compassionate. He was sensitive to my situation. I will definitely come back to this location because of him. My photos were fantastic!

I donated tech and received store credit for my donations. Great program to recycle technology! I also did my ink cartridges too. Fax, copying, mailing options, it is a one stop shop for a lot of needs.

Went to mail some packages today and as we approached the area the person responsible for the area rolled his eyes at us...didn't great us and didn't even hand us the receipt. My husband needed to go back and get it and got a ride comment from the cashier because he had to get off the phone. Was very disappointed in the service.
