I found Bob and Shamrock Auto when I first moved to Elkton in 2019 and will not go anywhere else. From the moment I entered his shop, I have been acknowledged and treated well. As a Brown woman, I want to spend my money with people who appreciate all of their customers. Bob is fair and reasonable with his costs and operates his shop with integrity and value.

Only go here if you have a week or longer to be without a vehicle regardless of having an appt. By far the slowest most understaffed garage I’ve ever regretted going to. If you appreciate dealing with serious rudeness you’ll love the place, otherwise you’ll need a heck of a lot of shamrocks to leave the place with a smile. Go elsewhere and save the headache & inconvenience. I’d give zero stars if possible but nowadays everyone gets a participation trophy. Terrible experience for the 3rd time in a row here.

This is by far the best mechanic in the area. An old fashioned honest place, that will actually take the time to diagnose and fix your car's problems. I am mechanical by nature and I am super picky about who I let touch my vehicles. 99% of places I won't even allow to look at my vehicle. Shamrock is who I trust. It's worth a try. Also prices are very reasonable. Nobody is gonna stick it to you about the money.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there to get a diagnosis for a noise in my car. All I asked is could get check it out because the just did work on my car in that area. I then get a phone call that it just needed lubrication. My son told me that you can not lubricate ball joints and definitely not inside them. so we get there and I was told a pin hole was put in my ball joints to stop the sound. which 3 people have already told me it's unsafe very unsafe which I asked the guy if it was safe for my family before I left. I have a 2006 and was told the year you can not do that to. please be careful with these guys your families safety comes first. I should of gotten a phone call and asked if I wanted them to do anything to my car. please take your vehicle somewhere else.

Bob is the best mechanic I ever have had. It's very reasonable on pricing. Doesn't over charge. Only fixes thing that need done. What I like about him is he is the doing the work and it's his shop. It's not a franchise or corporate mechanic shops.Services: Electrical repair

I’ve lived in multiple states and been to multiple mechanics hands down this the best one. He never tried to rip me or my family off. Highly recommend
