Much better now that A&E/Sears has changed solely to the Sears brand name. With it they now let you know when they will arrive with real time updates rather than the prior 9-10 hour window with a 10-20 minute warning! Will use again!

Very knowledgeable & efficient... after hearing what was wrong with our microwave, he said what was wrong with it. Had the parts on hand, made the repair, & it works!!!

Aziz never arrived to my home. Called late in the day to ask for model and manufacture date and said he needed to order parts. I feel that call should have happened when the claim was made. So I sat home all day waiting for a repair that obviously was not going to happen. Sears dropped the ball on this one

James called ahead for expected arrival time each service date. He was very professional and personable. The initial diagnostic visit, he had a pro opinion, but thoroughly checked the entire appliance for function. He found only one part was disfunctional, ordered the part to my house and quickly completed the repair the next week. I highly recommend him

Paul was the technicianFixed the washer pump issue and pushed the washer too far back and cracked the hoseHad no replacement so he glued and taped it up and leftNever offered to come back and replace the cracked hose later said it should be fine ?Made a huge mess with water on the floorVery unprofessional and not quality work

Paul was a very nice guy. I just don't believe he was very knowledgeable with the Samsung washer. He never hooked anything up to diagnose the issue with the machine. I stated the machine didn't rinse or spin. He poured hot water in the softener hole and stated the problem was fixed. I tried to wash a load after ,and the machine is still on rinse it didn't work. Still don't.I was however, able to take the wet clothes out and to the laundry outside.I have another appointment next week for the same issue.I'm hopeful
