The store deserves a zero 0 bad customer service people don’t want to do their jobs act like you’re bothering them when you’re interrupting them, eating their chips at the front and then being on their phone when you ask them for help with the register that’s #1 & #2 went in there for a slushy for $1.59 rewards and I asked the cashier if I could get two medium slushy‘s because I wanted a large and they didn’t have any large cups. She was nice at first went to the back pole. Some guy that was making chicken I assume it might’ve been a manager or somebody in charge he didn’t introduce himself, didn’t act like he wants to be talking to me he look for cups, which was nice underneath the machines and there was none in that size, then I asked him if I could get two medium slushy‘s for the rewards and he said that’s not the way the rewards work really snotty like had an attitude towards me ever asking a question I just thought that maybe they’d want to do something to make good customer service, but this is not the place I realized real quickly for customer service when he got up from looking for cups from underneath the counter, he didn’t even look at me. He just walked away and said something mumbled underneath his breath pretty sure he was having an attitude and probably calling me a few names .no reason for this y’all need to straighten up your act. I’ve already reported it to corporate the dirtiest store I’ve ever been to also!!!!

Kitchen staff has headphones in, inattentive to customers. Asked about next batch of breakfast sandwiches, no sense of urgency to make fresh sandwiches. Customer service isn’t a priority at this location!

By far the worst royal farms I've been to. I paid for gas which would not dispense at the pump. I was not issued a refund and was told to argue the transaction with my bank. The manager was called over the phone and offered minimal help. Please be careful shopping here and play close attention to your receipts.

Let me tell you how much I love Mike and his team at the Elkton Maryland store #101. They are amazing and kind and compassionate. So I went in there to cash in my points. I had several hundred points accumulated, enough for a 10 piece dark chicken meal. now I’m not a person who has lots of money, so I definitely rely on points from Royal Farms so I can feed myself and my family a couple times a month for a very reasonable price. And of course we love Royal Farms chicken. It’s the best around here.. however, for some reason, the app was completely down and not allowing me to access my points. It kept giving me a weird, “oops PX1L…..”error message. I was kind of freaking out as I am down to my last $20 until payday Wednesday and I have two young girls to feed. I was trying to stay calm and I asked Mike if he could help me because I tried logging out and logging back in. I even called another store nothing was working. Mike came to the rescue like a soldier riding into battle on his trustee stead!! He was so kind and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do and he fixed the situation And was able to override everything so I could feed my family this evening. We live in a world where things are just getting more and more expensive and it’s harder and harder to afford things. I cannot express to you how much Mike helped me and did it with such kindness and compassion I will always shop at Royal Farms. Please give Mike and his team (who were equally wonderful) please give Mike and his team lots of love and accolades, because they really deserve it. They embody what true kindness and a dedicated team of employees looks like.Because of them, we didn’t have to go hungry, and in this economy that means so much. Thank you, thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know it’s just $15 worth of chicken for a couple hundred rewards points but it means a lot. Wish I did not have to give a star. They are by the worst store ever been to, the employe on register did not even acknowledge me or my son while standing in line. Had his headphones in while acting like he was doing something but he was just watching videos the line got long more people were waiting to be served. he still did not even say anything. Then opened up the register count money then proceeded to get back on the phone. He then decided to ring us up after someone made a complaint but did not speak thrown the items in the bag and then slammed my sons money on the counter. Had an attitude with everyone that was in line that needed service.

The crew at this location is the best, they all were so helpful and the chicken was amazing. I am definitely coming back!
