I came for Maryland State Inspection, and asked Kim if I really needed the inspection given that I am a returning Maryland resident, and my vehicle has been inspected in Maryland before. She told me that I definitely need to get it inspected before I can get it registered in Maryland again.They failed my inspection and told me that I needed to change the brake pads and shoes, windshield wipers, and sand out the fuzziness on the front lights. They told me that the work would take 3-4 hours to complete, and it would not be complete until the next morning. I approve them to do the work a few minutes before they close at 5pm. I realized the next morning after calling the DMV that I do not need to complete another inspection for my vehicle as a returning resident. I called them around 9am, and he told me that they already did the work. When I told them that Kim had mislead me by giving me inaccurate information about the inspection requirement, they were defensive, unapologetic, and unwilling to make any price adjustments for misinforming me. They tried to avoid having to talk to me about the issue. Kim even denied the information she shared with me. They obviously value their money more than earning my trust and future business. They also did not tell me that they charge a fee (4-5%) for using credit card, and the only way to avoid it is to pay cash. On top of that, they were making their lunch sandwiches and feeding their dogs in front of their customers. There is no waiting area, and their office has an awesome smell.They may be cheaper than some other shops but be ready for them to fail your inspection on not fully worn items. My vehicle passed inspection in PA 3-4 months ago, and I have barely driven my car much since then. It’s hard to believe that my wipers and brakes have worn out so significantly since then. There are plenty of other shops (Morgan’s auto repair, Crouch Automotive, Mendenhall’s Garage) around that are cheap and have good reviews. Pay a few bucks more and save yourself the potential of having to pay a lot more to fix many things to pass.

Reliable is well Reliable and they do their best to work with you without burning a hole in your pocket. They give respect and understanding. The also seem to have understand the importance of having a reliable vehicle gor you and your family. I say Sean, Kim, and George go above and beyond at all times for their customers.

Tried to charge my girlfriend a 100$ for a tag light when bringing back for “reinspection” they were seemingly mad that we had the work done by another mechanic that said they were surprised they marked it for bad struts, but we had them replaced anyway. Then when she said she wasn’t going to pay and will bring it somewhere else they reached under and pulled all the wires out of the socket.

I just recently bought a used car from these guys got a pretty good deal on if! Had a really small problem with it that they fixed immediately, very professional prompt place im very happy with the dealings I've had with them and will be doing business with them again.
