I had a 7:20 appointment today quest opened at 7. There wasn’t an employee to be found at 7:10 when I arrived for my appointment. I waited until 7:45 and had to leave due to having to go to work. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There was 5 patients waiting by the time I left and one lady said she had an appointment a month ago and the same thing happened. How can you run a business like this when people have appointments?

Had a 720 appointment finally left at 745. They open at 7 and none of the employees were there yet at 745 when I left. Were four other patients just waiting around!

Rachel my lab tech was great and very helpful. Staying later into her lunch break to help me. It was very kind of her considering i just walked in.Thank you Rachel ?

They are supposed to open at 7 AM. I came at 7:25 and they are closed. Waste of time!

I scheduled an appt. With their app. , got the confirmation.Arrived at the location on time the doors were locked, lights off stood outside for 20 minutes, This is NOT the first time !!!!

I have a huge phobia of needles. As soon as my blood gets drawn and there’s no pain I immediately calm down, those ladies sure know how to do their job!

Great location. The gentleman that took my blood work was very mannered, professional, and expressed a great deal of dedication to his work. Hate I didn’t ask for his name as I would’ve cited it here. I arrived early and was in and out in no time. I didn’t drink any water and the gentleman was even kind enough to provide water to me to drink. That’s great customer service!

The dreaded blood work took place here today.Larry was my Phlebotomist, and I must say he was very kind, professional and very organized.I was in and out in no time. I will definitely go back whenever needed.

I just had some blood work done today and it may have been the best experience I’ve ever had. I wish I would have gotten my phlebotomist’s name because she was wonderful. I have a phobia of needles and have fainted in the past, but she made sure I was comfortable and talked to me during the draw to keep my mind off of it. She even told me why many people faint (sugars dropping) and advised me to bring a bottle of orange juice with me next time in case I need it. I am so appreciative of her compassion and how efficiently she worked. Bedside manner makes all the difference when it comes to healthcare!

Came in on a Saturday at 12:30 to drop off. Yeah the dot says they should be open, but also says they’re closed.My two year old son had to have blood work done. He was a brave little guy and did great with the blood draw. Then they LOST his blood. All they said was “Sorry”

Jason Jackson is their staff member today. Rude. Impatient with customers. Dropped a clients urine and then verbally accosted patients in the waiting room asking who “set and appointment from their house” without asking for a patient name and derogatory to them. Truly the worst service I’ve ever had here and that’s after 10 years of drug testing for my licensure that I have. I’ll drive the 20 minutes longer next time. Probably needs to find a new job path.
