Incredible service. They called and kept me up to date through the entire process. Insurance made it easy and so did they. Not to mention the incredible work done. My vehicle had serious damage from the accident and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

They worked on my car for 5 months and still have not fully repaired it, every time it has come back they have either damaged the paint, forgot fasteners or incorrectly installed parts. I spoke with the owner Dave today and he refused to do any warranty work on my vehicle due to losing so much money fixing their mistakes. When i asked him to give me his statement in writing he turned his back and walked away.

Update: Long story short, I called back to ask to replace a headlight bc I couldn't find anyone to do it. Even the dealer said no bc I didn't purchase it from them.
Purnell fit me in the next day AND didn't charge me. What a blessing!

We were involved in an accident in North East Md. Damian was the tow truck driver dispatched for us and he was extremely compassionate with our situation. Purnell is a select shop with State Farm so there was no hassle with coordinating the estimate. We went to get our personal property and Debbie and Anisha (?) were very accommodating. Damian met us in the yard and assisted with accessing the vehicle and our personal property. Everyone we worked with made the whole process so easy. I want to give Damian a shout out as he was so friendly, going above and beyond helping us through the whole ordeal.
