? I drive _A LOT_ of miles for Solar Appts all over PA and beyond (I love road tripping too)!! First time (in my life actually) I had a nail on the road give me fast flat tire!! THANK GOODNESS for Mike (the Service Mgr) at this awesome little do-it-all garage in Elkton, MD!!! This will be my go-to when I’m down this way in the future!! They were SO AWESOME!!!! (Sooo I may have been a weeeee bit stressed by the situation ? but Mike was calm and reassuring and they hoped right on patching my tire!!) I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!

A few years ago I had them look at my breaks because of grinding. They told me it would cost about 1k to fix the issue. I thought that was outrageous and ended up having my breaks done for about 250-300$. This time, I needed a new power steering pump, and had them take a look. I was told my vehicle needed about $4,000 worth of work which was also outrageous but I decided to trust the mechanics word. After getting my truck back, my ABS and Traction control lights came on which they notified me about. So they promised to fix the issue. After supposedly fixing it, the lights came back on (those lights were not on when they initially took in my truck) so I gave them a call and they said it would cost hundreds to fix the issue. Which I could not accept because it was the fault of the mechanic. Also, the mechanic mentioned my stabilizers needing replaced, even though I just had them replaced a few months ago. Which leads me to believe everything I was told was wrong with my truck in the first place was a lie. After fighting with Mike for a few minutes, he finally agreed to “call the owner” who said it would be covered under warranty. After they fixed the issue, my gear shifter was an entire gear out of alignment and Mike swears the truck was already like that (it was not though because they would have offered to fix it along with everything else and I would have noticed this a long time ago.) Needless to say, I will not be taking ANY of my vehicles to this shop for service as I have most likely been taken advantage of and scammed. If I would have agreed to pay the amount asked to fix the issue the mechanic caused, I bet they would have pocketed the money and used the warranty to cover the costs. I’m sorry, but there’s a reason this shops parking lot is always empty, they are not to be trusted…

My jeep needed a major repair right after the new year. They got me in that evening and they got it done quickly. My husband also needed a major repair during the holidays. They had it in and out in a couple days. The staff were welcoming and had great communication. Very happy with the service.

They were the only place that diagnosed and fixed my problem ( I went to 3 other places over 4months) it was expensive 2grand but again they were the only place to finally get it right and fix the problem.Services: Brakes

I took my car in to have them look at it. For a diagnostic .The price of the repair needed. They said was over $400 more then then what other places I had called around to said they could do it for. So when I picked up my car the steering wasn't right I had said something to the man behind the counter at time before I left their shop. I got home opened my hood and my serpentine belt was just sitting on top of My engine they never bothered to put the belt back on my Car. It really makes me wonder if they even did the diagnostic check that I paid for. That is a picture of where my belt was when I opened up my hood.

They seem to be able to assist on most normal repairs for a vehicle. I think I had a tire fixed there and it went without any issues

I pulled in at 4:30 and all the bays were open. I noticed two, possibly three employees when I walked in and asked for an oil change. They told me they were closing and that the guys were cleaning up even though I noticed they were open until 5pm. I know an oil change takes no longer than 20-30 minutes, at most. They told me they could schedule it for another day.They lost a customer that they could of earned today. I will never come back and was very disappointed.
