I've had at least 6 MRIs at this center and all experiences have been exceptional! The staff are so friendly and caring, even back-to-back MRI's were more like a Relaxing Spa hour.

The technician was very thorough and communicated extremely well. The front desk staff was ok when we were there, but a bit rude when I called to ask if results had been sent to my Dr. I would expect results to take about 3 days or less but in this case it was the 4th day and she abruptly told me it takes 3-5days. That seems pretty lengthy for simple xray results.

I wish I knew everyone's name on Friday March 10th 2023. They all from the moment I walked in until the moment I left were just the best. The ladies at the front desk greeted me as I walked in, had me checked in quickly and I was in the back quickly. The tech brought me in the back, got me set up, explained everything going on with the MRI and had me in and out in no time. Everyone was great. Keep up the great work, test are not fun but they made me completely comfortable.

Called and spoke to someone the timeframe is not what they say...waited over an hour for something time quoted as in and out in 15 min.

Had an MRI 12/9/22. Front desk staff was kind and quick. I was taken back for my test on time by a great tech that explained everything and played 80s music while the test was conducted (as requested). I felt respected, my privacy and safety were prioritized, and I found the staff to be congenial and professional.

Don't bother. Absolute worst service from walking in, techs, to billing. Never attempt again!!

This location was fast and friendly. They do accept walkins for regular x-rays only Which is what I had done. Even as a walk-in my wait was shorter then at my regular doctors office. I am not a fan of Christiana care and was nervous before going for my x-ray because of past experiences that I have had with Christiana care. This location exceeded my expectations.

I was very pleased with the experience I received yesterday. The staff was so nice. They made sure I was comfortable during the mri process. Definitely recommend!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Principio, but make no mistake there is nothing OPEN about the MRI machines at either location. The one in Elkton is SlIGHTLY larger, but not open machines. If you are claustrophobic or larger, look elsewhere.

Came in for an mri, was prepped to go in for it but was then told to wait, then taken back for x-rays of my eyes to check for metal because I used to work with metal over a year ago. Would make perfect sense, if it weren't for the fact I already had an mri at the very same location before and was cleared then, after the last time I got an mri. So they made me sit in a cold dressing room on a slab of counter top as a bench, skipped me for someone else to get an mri while my x-rays were being reviewed. Where's the sense in that, nothing changed from the last time I got an mri done. Complete disregard for logic and reason and sheer lack of competence from the staff here. Avoid this place if possible to avoid wasted time and needless suffering.

Do not go here. Had an MRI scheduled and they removed me from schedule as they couldn't get approval in time (2 weeks): said would call me back once they got approval and never did. Had to call myself week later and was listed as approved, rescheduled appt again. Just arrived for appt and they told me it was cancelled but had no reason and they could not do it. Going on 4 weeks now trying to get the MRI in pain thanks to their incompetence

While in line, I couldn't help but notice a man who was wearing a mask and respecting the social distancing protocol was asked so many questions about his health, if he'd been coughing, this and that. This woman proceeded to tell him to take his mask off and gave him no choice but to wear a new mask she handled with her bear hands. On top of it, they never even confirmed his appointment (which it's a very misleading business name), he was told by his doctor they take open appointments and walk-ins- many people make this mistake. So they put a patient through all of that and risked his health and didn't even see him. They call it's protocol, but didn't explain it and this so called "protocol" was only exercised on him. Seems discriminatory to me and others there. (Another women commented on it and asked her what was going on) Seems this employee was more self involved with her own health and wellness and neglected everyone else's in that room. It was really quite appalling. As a previous manager, that's the type of employee who ensures people will not return, will not speak highly of the facility. Had he been sick, what then? Had she been sick and touched his mask, what then? It's clear this woman is on some sort of a power trip considering other comments referring to her incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior. Most of all, the bloody selfishness and tone towards this one person. His hands were shaking but he remained more professional than her. Or myself had it been me in his shoes.Honestly, looking at all these reviews- I'd say they should hire someone more fit for working in the public, especially in a health and wellness sort of business. Dealing with hurt, pregnant and ill people that don't deserve that. The one receptionist however is lovely, thought receptionists are the face of a business; the first you see coming in, last you see leaving, first you connect with when calling. But not even the world's most experienced receptionists and front desk workers couldn't make up for how asinine she was.
