Best mva visit I've ever had at the elkton location. Had to renew my license and had to gather all the paperwork to get one of the new maryland i.d's. Was in and out in 20 minutes. The lady that helped me was super nice. It was a nice change. Usually I have to make two or three trips to get what I needed done.
