Moon Run has treated us well this past year. And, while we are no longer customers, due to my husband being able to dispose of our trash at work, I have and still recommend Moon Run to all locals that ask!?

Highly recommend, last night I totally forgot to take the trashcan to the end of my driveway, and to my joy this morning, they took the time and took that extra few steps, and emptied my trash. They are locally owned and operated and certainly deserve the support as they always go the extra mile.

I have used Moon Run Sanitation for the last 2 years! They have been the best weekly trash pick up service I've used. Very good with communication and they always stay professional! A time or two, I may have fell asleep early the night before and not have the trash out front, and they took the time to get it from the side of my house. So courteous!We are relocating to a different state and unfortunately had to end our services, but I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable weekly trash services within Cecil County!Service: Trash removal & disposal

The best trash company out there! Yes they can be hard to get a hold of sometimes, but Cindy will call you back. If the route is delayed, text messages arrive keeping us informed. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are! Keep up the great work!

I’m very happy with their service. We have been with them for 2 years, we chose them because they were the cheapest around, and their service has been great. The owners are very nice and always available if you message or call with questions. There have been times we forgot to put our can out and they even offered to come pick it up on the weekend so it wasn’t sitting in the sun for another week. Awesome family run business we are happy to support.

I’ve called numerous times with no answer or call back and their voicemail states, calls received by a certain time will be returned the same day… moving on to the next company.

This company is absolutely amazing. Very professional super friendly and responds in such a timely manner. They go above and beyond to help you. I moved here from a different state and they answered all my questions and was very patient. They are always on time and they communicate about any changes or disruptions well ahead time so everything goes smoothly. I was scheduled for a pickup and forgot to put my trash out and they called and said they were outside and the 2 workers proceeded to come remove my bags from my yard for me. They were super nice and polite and helpful. Superior customer service is all I ever received from this company. Thank you moonrun for making one aspect of my move to Elkton so easy.

Stopped reserving a bill an tired calling every day for 3 weeks with no answer an no response. Then came and threw all the trash in my can in my yard an took my can. Very unprofessional. Had nothing but problems with this company like if a bag weighed more than 5 pounds it was left in my yard. Again don’t recommend this company to anyone!

I've been with this company for just about 2 years now and I've never had a problem with them. They're always on time, and if there ever was an issue, they'd always let us know. I highly recommend Moonrun Santitation to anyone within Cecil County.

I love them! They are so personable, and they look out for their customers. Dump is closed on your trash day? They'll come a day early. Forgot to take your trash down? They've came and grabbed it from the yard for us. You're never stuck with your trash sitting for days on end waiting for pickup. I can't recommend them enough.
