Was just there today. The WHITE BOY with the beard who thinks he's BLACK is worthless. He used to be at the store in Claymont De and had soooo many complaints they had to reassign him. Stay BLACK BRO!

Got a new phone and they helped me activate it did a great job everything went smoothly. Staff was very helpful and nice we had a great conversation about Samsung vs Apple users lol . Did an excellent job

Metro in Elkton MD is the worse store I have visit in a long time.the workers are uneducated on the product that they sell or simply just don't care ...they was no help at all ..I would have been better off buying a phone from a vending machine..

Been a customer here for 5 years and never had a problem until I paid for T-Mobile home internet. I was charged extra after paying for everything, and told my bill would be due July 29. But I got a text asking for$5.50 more by June 29 so I paid it but the employee said the receipt wouldn't print. The next day my service was disconnected n said I still owed $5.50 so I had to pay it a 3rd time. I ended up paying a total of $330 in June for two services that were supposed to be only$50 each.

I got a replacement phone from my insurance provider and couldn't activate due to insurance company not scanning my phone before sending it to me.. Stop in the store within 20 mins the employee had my phone activated..

Would give 0 stars...staff is never friendly and it's like pulling teeth to get them to show you which phones have sales or if they have any specials. I have been a customer here for 4 years and it's always the same service regardless who is working. They finally forced me to change carriers.

I called to get info on promotions and the sales person hung up the phone on me and would not answer when I tried to call back three times. They need new sales representatives in this store. 4/28/21 4:10 pm
