Equity Fitness was highly recommended on facebook, and this place had 5 star rating on google (which is rare for any business). I've been here a month and absolutely LOVE it. I actually get excited about going! The health and longevity of wellness philosophy they have, the down to earth people (including the owners who are super nice and such grounded people), and the options they have for overall wellness, is just an all in one stop shop. Also, highly recommend Michelle for personal training...She is like a coach, a comedian, and one of those people that you feel like you've known your whole life. To anyone that wants to feel better or look better, and is scared or intimidated to get started, this is the place you need to start! 10 out of 5 stars for sure!”
