Unfortunately left with a negative experience. I had been in contact for a few weeks about a car in their inventory and decided to take a look. I had my own financing and a trade in that needed some work. The original price was a bit steep but after talking to the sales manager, we came to an out the door price and I said I wanted a day or two to consider my options.I followed up a few days after and confirmed with the salesman that the previous price was still standing. The sales people had been great and were working with me so I said I would pay the agreed upon price and come pick up the vehicle that day.We started on the paperwork and all is good until I am asked about the extended warranty. Now I know better than to buy that so I passed on 2 years coverage for $1500 knowing that the dealership advertises “all purchases come with 6- month, 6,000 mile warranty”. When I say that I am then told that the short warranty is only included if you pay the full listing price as advertised online. There is no where on the website or within any bit of fine print that states this as a precursor. I could’ve closed the deal without the 6 month coverage but was concerned with a used car without any warranty.I really liked their inventory and was set on this vehicle but after a handshake agreement on price and then things being changed at time of sale, just left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had such a wonderful experience at Fortune motors. Mr. Nneem and Cherri are very kind and thoughtful. We came there to look for a Toyota Corolla, but you really wanted the Camry. I had settled in my mind to just get the Corolla. However, Mr. Nneem worked with us and we were able to get the Camry we wanted. I am so grateful. I would recommend and refer anyone that wants to buy a great quality vehicle go to Fortune motors.***UPDATE***I just bought another car from Fortune Motors, a 2016 Honda Pilot. Mr. Nneem recognized me as soon as I walked in, and that made me feel great to be remembered. Mr. Nneem and Nathan assisted me in the purchase of my new vehicle. It was smooth and painless. I actually enjoy car shopping when I come here, it's always a positive experience. The car runs very well, no issues at all. Again I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Fortune Motors!!! If I am ever in search of a 3rd vehicle, I will always come here first!

Outstanding service , upfront on everything.Zeb did everything to get my deal done .They do it all from inspection to handling all paperwork with MVA , one less trip to make . Would I recommend ? absolutely, would I purchase again ? Absolutely. Thank you for a painless process.

i went in with only 2k & absolutely no credit & no experience whatsoever. the two employees helped me get a brand new 2020 toyota. very thankful for them, they even stayed a bit later to help me get everything figured out & put together. would definitely recommend for anyone new to buying cars or anyone with low/bad credit , they made every step of the process very easy & affordable prices

Me and my husband went were looking around at different car places and the people at fortune motors were by far the best place we looked into. They had my husband approved right away. They worked with us and helped us every step of the process. Naeem was amazing throughout every step. He also stayed after closing two days in a row just to help us. If you are looking for a place to get a car they are definitely the people to go too.

Naeem is a good guy the only car deal ship that fought for me to get a car due to my bad credit and he got in to something pretty decent to really good dude I really appreciate them for helping me out when everyone turned me away I really appreciate it I highly recommend them they will work with you trust me
