Is there a reason why you people will not release peoples results? It’s been THREE DAYS and not even the rapid result was given to my mother when she went, your worker YELLED AT HER to check her email in 24 hours when she simply asked about it. I understand you guys are stressed but god damn….

Yesterday I was told my test results would be in the same day. Never got them so I called today four times no answer. He got to the point where I end up up ended up going back to the testing site the lady who was there was very rude. When I asked her for the results she’s like it takes 24 hours which I know it doesn’t. I tried explaining to her that I was told I would get them yesterday the same day she acted like I was lying to her. I also explain I need it for my job 3/4 my coworkers are out sick right now When I try explaining they’re only four people were scheduled all day at my job she couldn’t care less I was very rude she’s like well there’s only one person here today so we’re more understaffed I just felt that this lady was very unprofessional and honestly should not be dealing with people also it’s definitely been more than 24 hours so it takes a long time

I’ve been waiting over a week for PCR test results and I was told they would be emailed to me within 24-48 hours.. my rapid test was negative but i was told i can’t come back to work until I receive the PCR tests as well, and i need some kind of note before I can go back to work, and I’ve tried contacting them MULTIPLE times and have heard nothing back. If I get points for my days missed I may end up losing my job. Thanks a lot.
