This place needs an OSHA investigation! As someone who has worked in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and procurement for 25+ years, I have never heard of a place ran so poorly in regards to safety. The safety "program" consists of a video that no one enforces and the FL training needs to come out of the 1990's.Dock workers ran over by FL drivers while supervisors were present, dock workers being removed from parked trailers while inside the trailer by yard truck drivers where there is no dock lock in place for the doors, yard truck drivers training other yard truck drivers in trucks with room for only one driver while the trainee is hanging out the back by hand are not what I would call safe work practices. Reading other reviews, I am guessing they keep their OSHA recordables low by hiring family members or friends of family because this place is about as unsafe as it gets. The pay is good but I'm here to tell you, its not worth it!If you care about your loved one or friend, DO NOT let them work here until they get their act together!Estes, do not bother replying to me, if I could give you negative stars, I would!

Ive been waiting for someone to call me to schedule delivery for nearly 4 weeks.Calls to the terminal in Elkton gets a busy signal.Twi stars is generous based on my experience.

Disgruntled ex-employee checking in.Pay was above average, abuse of power and micromanagement was also.Goofy ops managers who don’t know how to refresh a computer screen.This place is ruled by a little boys clubs and is INFESTED with nepotism. If someone works here… there’s a 50% chance there kid does.High turnover for dock workers (2 dissapear every month). Stay AWAY and god bless this place.

It's a great place to make a great living. You will put in a lot of time but you will get compensated.Benefits are pretty good paid holidays , vacation and personal days off too.Most positions weekends off , most positions home daily . Or every other day . You can also run otr if you wantEquipment is okManagement well it's Management!Most co workers are helpful

HORRIBLE. what company doesn’t come down a black top driveway???? 127 cases of flooring they want to drop off at the top of my driveway because they can’t drive a small box truck down a black top driveway. Called them and spoke to this ridiculous women who was extremely RUDE! Never again. Stay away from this company!

Horrible customer service. They lie about where and when the delivery will come… That’s when they answer the phone or an email. It’s never on time and I have had several deliveries from them. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this terrible company because my corporate office sets up the delivery service. Word of caution. Stay away from the Elkton/Wilmington location!

Estes was supposed to deliver 2,000 pounds of rubber mulch to me on Tuesday, June 22. Delivery window was between 9-1. At 3:00, I called Estes to inquire about my mulch and was told that the driver was running late and it would be there by 7 pm. The mulch never came. I called early next morning and was told that I refused delivery!!!!! How is that possible when the driver never came to my house?! Then I was told the truck was already loaded for the day and that they couldn't deliver my mulch that day. I spent the next 48 hours frantically calling the Elkton office and the national customer service line trying to get a new window for my mulch that I supposedly refused delivery on. Finally, 3 days late, my mulch was delivered without an apology for the lies, deceit and untimeliness. This is a horrible company.
