Super service! Picked me up and took me to their office to get the car. I was also able to leave the rental at Caliber Collision - no need to schedule a drop off in Elkton.

Earlier in the day I was told by a different store that they didn't have a truck for me after reserving it 2 weeks in advance. The store in Elkton MD had assisted me and was very helpful. She has excellent Customer Service to assist me after I was scammed on a rental and to assist me with a failed truck rental from the earlier reservation. I appreciate her understanding and willing to help as the other store was not helpful and just gave excuses not to help at all

The team has went above and beyond to satisfy my rental car needs multiple times, and it’s never been a long wait I’m always in and out in less thank 10 mins, unlike other car rental companies that had me wait an hr just to say they don’t have any rentals left..

Had an insurance claim and was sent to enterprise in Elkton. 3 days later I have no vehicle still and no one will answer the phone or help me. They told me the reservation was made for Monday. I need a car on Friday and they knew that.All I have heard from these people is they have no cars. How are you a rental car business with no cars.This place is the worse. They don’t care if have transportation or not.I have never used them before and I will never do business with them again.

I’m a Amazon Flex worker and because I don’t have paystub my ID and my mail bank statement and Real ID isn’t enough to prove my residency horrible place and I’m a plus member this the most disrespectful experience I’ve dealt with will not go there never again and I recommend anyone who is looking go to hertz

Twice now if you haven’t made a reservation you’re walking. Have a break down don’t look here because you won’t find a car. Set up a reservation and you’ll be ok but otherwise look elsewhere.

Following a deer collision that disabled my car, I rented a vehicle from the Elkton office of Enterprise on the evening of January 30. The vehicle I rented reeked of cleaning product to the point that I experienced a bad allergic reaction. I requested a new car and was instructed to return the vehicle to Enterprise's Easton location as it was the only site that had available repacmenet vehicles. I returned the car to the Easton loaction in less than 36 hours from rental initiation. An inspection performed at turn-in revealed no damage. Subsequently, Enterprise's Damage unit emailed me that I was being charged for unspecified damage to the car I had received in Elkton - which was returned to the Easton office in the same condition that I had received it. After great difficulty in attempting to confirm the nature of perported damage with the Easton office - I was advised that the reported damage was a windshield wiper - that had not been used in the entire time the car was in my possession. I discussed this with the manager of the Elkton office who noted that it was clear that I did not cause the damage, that the issue was due to the failure of the Easton office to complete necessary vehicle maintenance, and that he would personally reverse the damage charge. It has been several weeks since he promised to do so and I continue to be dunned by the Damage Claim unit in Kansas at which - like other Enterprise offices - it is virtualy impossible to reach an agent by phone. After another lengthy on-hold exoerience, I finally reconnected to the manager of the Elton office who advised he would have the Damage Unit send the claim to him for payment. Fingers crossed!

The manager at the Elkton site was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in there upset with the booking and he calmed me down and explained everything so I was able to understand. I was happy when I left there. . He does excellent.customer service.
