very polite, but too expensive.
For an alternator replacement Hertrich Ford asked me to pay over $2100 also saying they are the best in the country, unique certified technicians and is not a good idea to take my van back.
Of course I took it back and I used different company which I paid only $1235 using original Ford parts.

I recently purchased a 2019 model Chevrolet Trax.
First I would thank our sales representative "Martin" for making this purchase experience a true pleasure. No pressure. All the dealings were handled well by a great professional.
Next, Manager "Russ" Martin. I can't say thank you enough for your professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
To all involved sales, management, service, and finance. Superior service. Wish there were 6 stars.

Staff is super nice. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately when they rotated tires, they didn’t change tire pressures accordingly. Wasn’t real happy about that.

Hertrich Ford has been the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. The sales person, Han, knew all about the car I was interested in buying - top to bottom. He was able to show me all of its ins and outs which was very comforting. We were able to make a deal that was fair and comfortable. The paperwork process was quick and easy, and I was able to get in and out. I had to buy a car to replace mine which was totaled when hit by another driver, so this car buying experience made a really bad situation feel much better. Thank you!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WONT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME
Bought a 2021 a week later needs oil change brakes has a vibration and a check engine light and I'm getting a run around for my service they recommend me doing my own brakes
Vibration was mentioned when we purchased the car and the squealing of the brakes but now they wanna give me a run around and Noel is very rude
Took car to get gas took 45 minutes and gas light came on 10 miles down the road washed the car TWICE and still dirty
Update: took a month and 2 different dealers but got the car fix they are going to give me a free tank of gas and a detail the next time I come up with the car they also had a spare key that they notified me about 2 months after I bought the car

I had the best car-buying experience of my life at Hertrich when I purchased my Mustang Mach-e GT. Our sales rep - Noel (!) - was friendly, honest, and never pushy. The floor manager was supportive and equally honest. The financing head was friendly, informative, and again, honest! They listened to what we wanted at what budget, and they made it happen.
Maybe we were lucky or worked with just the right folks, but it seems like a culture of honesty and helpfulness, as opposed to rushing and upselling. The relationship with your new car starts with the buying experience, so I think you'll love your new Ford even more if you started with the Hertrich experience!

Our Salesman Noel was a gentlemen and went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for at the payment we wanted. We never felt pressured by any of the staff which made our experience over the top. Noel will be our go to person from now on.
